On the plus side, this property is in the greatest location imaginable. Every single thing we had planned -- from dining to shopping to recreation -- was all within two miles! That was excellent. Also -- when we arrived, the man at the front desk basically offered to carry all our luggage up the stairs (since there is no elevator! They have luggage carts, but no elevator. Go figure.) So that man was wonderful. However -- every other aspect of this "hotel" was awful. Our room was disgusting. The bathroom, especially, was filthy. There was mold all around the outside of the tub (on the floor), the toilet seat was discolored, the sink drained slowly, the baseboards were dirty -- really, it was just a hot mess. In the room itself, we found two working outlets -- and there was ONE light in the room - which was the bedside light. The bed was fine -- although one of the pillow cases was dirty, so I just tossed it to the side. Overall, it was just not clean. Again, great location and super-nice staff, but it needs a major renovation and deep clean.

Sidewalks outside of front of hotel had large holes. Staff at front desk was rude. TV in room didn't work. Wood flooring in room had big cracks in it. And then, as if all that wasn’t enough, they charged a $75 security deposit! I will not be staying in this hotel again & I will not recommend it to anyone else.

We booked a suite with kitchen cooking facilities and prepaid for 7 nights. What we were offered was a room overwhelmed by the smell of curry which made it uninhabitable. There were no dishes, pots or cutlery. I asked for another room and was given one without cooking facilities (except microwave). No partial refund was offered, even though I requested one. Furthermore, the bath tub drain was partially plugged so we were ankle deep in water while having a short shower. I asked three times that it be cleared, but nothing was done. The 'breakfast' included stale fruit loops or frosted flakes, dry mini-muffins and white bread or plain white bagel, with occasional whole wheat bread. Over all cleanliness was substandard. This hotel gives Wyndham a bad name.

The room was clean. The bathroom was accessible. The room would not have been compatible for a wheelchair. I am glad we did not have our son with us as a wheelchair would not have maneuvered in this room.
