To be honest my usual experiences in Blackpool with regards to Accommodation is unclean rooms , rotting windows and filthy bathrooms and sharing a bed with bugs and the local Rats but i didn't care too much as i was usually with the lads on the beer weekends so it was mostly a blur . So wind the clock forward years later and now when i was looking to book a couple of nights with my kids i had fears of staying in a flea pit and being on a budget i hoped for the best . Anyway i looked up several hotels with close proximity to the Tower and read trip advisor reviews etc and took the plunge . What a pleasant surprise the room was clean and warm and the couple who greeted me where accommodating and told me where to park etc and if i had booked trips and where to get it cheap etc ( you can buy events with them if you dont have a computer to book online yourself) , i would advise to book online as its more expensive on the day.
The room had the little things that made a difference , like the right amount of cups in the room with hot chocolate sachets with marshmallows in a jar was great for my kids when we come back as a nitecap , little biscuits etc . a Hot Shower ,clean towels and even shampoo and washing sachets. i know its what you would expect but not all hotels have these things . We didnt stay in much but it was nice to know we had somewhere homely to return too, it was quite and we never heard anyone else . I would definitely come here again .
