Our air conditioning unit rattled the entire time we were there. In the morning there was no hot water. Staff was very nice, and it was very clean.

they failed to tell us about a utilities fee that costs 12 dollars a day, place didnt have hot water either which is exactly what you want when there is 8 inches of snow outside.

Side entrance exterior door didn’t auto close making it unsafe. Breakfast was sparse and terrible. Mold and grime in the corners of the shower. Two conditioners in the shower no shampoo. Very unclean.

We had no housekeeper for three days ,was told by a staff member you have to ask for it.Coffee machine was broke for two days In the lobby ask for coffee for our room as well as towels toilet paper and to empty our trash breakfast was nothing to talk about manager was grumpy never smiled the other staff members were very nice Will not chose that hotel again as we frequent Pinetop Az.

To begin, i had called the front desk to find out correct address and that we would be there past midnight. We arrived later than expected at 0400. The fornt desk male person was very rude, and saying 'you should've called that you would be here this late'. That took me off guard, we had just driven for 4 plus hours through an area where theres no cellphone service until you reach Showlow, i was tired and exhausted. I didn't need the attitude. Once we have the room, the toilet seat was dirty with urine spots, i cleaned it and thats disgusting. Its a room that is supposed to be clean. The microwave didnt work, there was no hairdryer. I am definitely not staying there ever.

Very friendly desk staff. Coffee bar and flavored lemon water in eyes were waiting in the lobby when we came in. We were very tired and it was very welcoming.

The first room they put us in hadn’t been cleaned so that’s the start. And then the second room had mold in the bathroom and a wet stain on the carpet. And to top it all off the staff was very rude and lied to our booking site saying we stayed two days when we absolutely left the next day and will never be there again.

Poor housekeeping. Did not change towels or empty trash when they said they would. Very limited food for breakfast. I replaced sugar, napkins and stir sticks when they weee out no employee around. Never saw a clerk until about 7:00am when breakfast was supposed to be served by 6:00am

There were pros & cons: Hotel was in a central & convenient location, the room was large & beds were comfy. Good cleanliness as expected. The cons were that there was a party going on in the room next to ours with lots of noise at 2:30am; they didn't stop until 20 minutes after I called front desk. Most disappointing was the breakfast. No HOT food other than make-your-own Belgian waffles, and the batter ran out. The pickings were slim, such a disappointment. Couldn't even get coffee because the whole filter had to be changed and it was taking f-o-r-e-v-e-r. The water in dispenser next to the coffee machine in the lobby wasn't fresh. Looked gross when we arrived the 1st night & next morning was same with lime slices looking mushy & starting to turn brown. Good thing we got switched to different room the 2nd morning & hotel clerk NICK was very helpful in giving recommendations on hiking trails etc. He was awesome!
