The rooms were spacious but walls are paper thin so you can hear everything next door and if they’re going to be up late, and you’re a light sleeper, the nights are going to be rough like it was for us. Check-in and out service was good. There is no housekeeping, which for a hotel was unexpected. Location was good, nice walk along the esplanade to the restaurants or 30min to the lookout. The added chess set in the open was a nice touch.

The property is ok, but was not worth the price you pay for it. The room was clean and modern, although we had no view, we asked for a truffle bed to be put up and it was the base of another bed, which was impossible to sleep on. The “facilities” that are provided is a old washing machine that dyed all of our washing blue (we had no blue items of clothing in the wash) and the pool was closed. Not what we expected for a place that costs and advertises itself like it does. Bellevue on the Lakes disappointed.

Clean comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to parks, beach, lake! Indoor swimming pool and spa a bonus as would be great in winter and summer! Thanks see you next time

Staff are very friendly and location excellent. Fantastic pool and easy parking. Unfortunately, rooms are deteriorating and possibly not worth the amount anymore. Hot bedrooms (no fans or air con in bedrooms) and shower/bath poor design and wets floor/rotting walls in bathroom, poor lighting, TV remotes not working properly, paint peeling etc. Dissapointing as its usually always the best place to stay in Lakes.

We got the spa suite, and it was nice to unwind and relax, the only downside was that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Overall a good experience

I received a sms message from Bellevue on the lakes, before i went, it wanted alot of personal information, so i called them, the lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending. When i arrived on Monday, the lady the desk was very pleasant and helpful. In Wotif, it should note stairs and such for disabilities, i have no depth perception, so stairs are hard, with my belongings. The room was nice, clean. The bed needs the mattress changed, it dips down and uncomfortable, don't know where the pool was. The street noise for me was hard at night, but i'm a light sleeper.

Waterfront delight
Fantastic property on the water. Magnificent view which included sunset and sunrise. Comfortable king, luxurious spa. We didn't have breakfast but did have a coffee from downstairs and it was excellent. The food looked amazing too. Highly recommend.
