Room was great. 2 min walk from train station and Old Town. Front staff were awesome. A bit noisy with construction, but that stops during silent hours.

Looked like recent remodeling done in very good order. Everything worked perfectly. Loved the instant hot water for the wife’s bath.

Very clean hotel in a convenient location, breakfast was okay, staff were nice. The only downside - after paying for a Premium Room, we were given a Comfort Room. The size, decor and bed were all signs that we had been given the wrong room. Desk staff at first insisted that I had booked the comfort room. After showing that I had in fact booked a Premium Room they offered a “free upgrade” for three nights out of the four we stayed - the best they could do. If you plan on booking here, make sure you are given what you’ve paid for.

Beausite Zermatt is easily one of the better hotels in Switzerland. The staff are both professional and quite friendly, the property is both clean and gorgeous, and Zermatt the town speaks for itself. I'll be recommending the location to everyone I know.

Good hotel right across the street from the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spare but comfortable. No air conditioning but there was a standing fan in the room. Our room faced the street and it was loud outside on the weekend

Staff was superb, particularly Mr. Nadeem who went out of his way to assist us in every way he can. Excellent location, just beside the train station. Breakfast buffet was good too!

The hotel is in a good location... But that's where it stops.. Room is small, NO ac.. can get very hot on a warm day, no sheets on the bed just a comforter. Very noisy if you open the window. Shower went from hot to cold... Would not recommend this hotel. But location is very good.

Terrible stay in property I wouldn’t recommend any one no air conditioners working stayed for a night couldn’t sleep no wiifii paid 245 franks a night total waste and torcher , when I complained about air conditioner lady at receptionist said open ur windows

It Switzerland, it is not common that 3 star hotels are equipped with an air-conditioning system It is not mentioned anywhere that our rooms have A/C.We apologize if you did not have a nice stay in our house. Hotels.com needs to verify hotel’s information. It doesn’t have self-help laundry. The staff are ok but definitely not friendly.

Great location but rooms are warm.
The location is great. It is across from the train station with its underground shopping. It is a quick walk to old town and there are lots of good restaurants close.

Fabulous stay, staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was spotless, breakfast was good too...a nice selection of everything. Two minute walk from the train station, and perfectly located for the city. Would highly recommend.

Receptionist did not give us the enough time for Covid requirement.. she should had left a note in our room that the hotel need Covid results . She waited the following day , her reason that she did not see us in our first day after check in …
