"They gave us the literal most out of the way room (top floor, furthest from the elevator) even though the hotel was not full. Our reservation said we got free breakfast for two but they did not have free breakfast."

"As soon as I walked in the door I was hit right in the face with the strong smell of mold and wet dog. The floor was slimy and completely filthy. I couldn’t even take my shoes off. The sheets had stains all over them and there was only one clean towel. Had I not been desperate for a place to sleep, I would have left."

"When I first checked in I couldn’t get in my room and I had to ask the front desk to let me in because it was locked and when we walked in we seen clothes and things all over the floor they booked us in a room that was already occupied the phone didn’t work in the room air barley blew I would not recommend "

"The property was dirty and smelled like wet carpet. The ac wasn't blowing cold air. The restroom and bath tub were dirty along with hair left behind. First night we heard a woman screaming outside. Second day our card just stopped working and we weren't about to get into our room. The beds had stains on the sheets. All the plugs couldn't hold our charges. Definitely will not be staying again. Definitely not family friendly."
