Got in late and just dealt with it. Asked to have the room cleaned for the second night but they did not. Bathroom was gross, sheets had stains. Benefit of 2 beds is you can at least pick the cleaner of the two.

Toilet didn’t flush, door wouldn’t automatically lock had to always check that the door was locked. Tub was stained and chipped. Hot tub had no Jets. No microwave in room.

The room was disgusting. Toliette and sink clogged. The bathroom door had a hole and there was multiple patchwork in the room. Smelt of stale cigarettes. Breakfast was minimal. I would suggest paying more and staying at the Hampton Inn next door. This hotel should be torn down. The only nice thing was the view of the lake.

You don't have to be fancy but you But you Must be CLEAN. Was Not clean. The first thing we saw was the Stained bedspread! Didnt stay left.

I’ve been traveling for the past week now and this place was so filthy and loud there was red dirt coming out of the sink and an awful sulfuric smell. The check in staff were lazy and rude..I have pictures of how filthy it was. I would have left had I not booked it no refundable through Expedia.

This property is in need of a makeover. Walls patched in several places in my room but unpainted. Cracks in tub and sink, floor needed vacuuming etc

Breakfast really means toast and cereal. No water or ice available. Not kind upon check in or when asking questions. Rooms have whole in the walls and doors and stains.

The motel looks to have been built in about 1977. Nothing has changed. Just smells old. Nice people, no complaint there. But after so many years vacuuming just doesn't get the get the musky smell out of the carpet. We choose this place because of the quality name of Super-8 by Wyndham. Not a quality facility worthy of the name.

Nasty place. Bad management.
I would never stay here again! Manager wouldn't do anything about kids running up and down the halls. All hours of the night. No sleep. Room was filthy dirty. Was scared to even take shoes off. Was supposed to stay 7 nights and left after 2 nights it was bad. Manager horrible to deal with. He would laugh in your face and say oh well go else where. Homeless there.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and jovial, if you are looking for a fancy motel/hotel, look elsewhere, this is for the budget friendly crowd, a very short distance from the London bridge area, and many restaurants are nearby, comfortable beds.
