Family weekend

Wonderful stay with our family
We had blast ! The lake view and the snow made this place looks so nice. The location of the cabin is ideal, allowing to go to Big Boulders and Jack Frost ski resorts but not only. The cabin itself is great, very well decorated and cozy. We found everything that we needed during our stay. We will consider coming back for another stay in Poconos. Last but not least, the communication with Lindsey was excellent ! Thank you

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I stayed for a weekend away. Perfect for a couples retreat (but also suitable for a family with kids)! Owner kept in touch and answered any questions we had prior to staying. Check in was seamless. Cabin was exactly what was seen on the listing. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival. We hope to stay again soon. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean. The location was great, very close to Big Boulder ski resort, and close to Jack Frost, Camelback, good restaurants. The host was very responsive and made us feel very welcome.

Perfect Family Getaway!
We had an absolute amazing time reconnecting as a family and truly enjoying the mountain experience! The property is so thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is cozy, charming and modern! We loved the outdoor fire pit (roasted marshmallows!), the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for groceries and cooking in the kitchen! The location is perfect- super close to both JF/BB, piggy’s, murphy’s loft and terra cottage are up the road! I loved sipping coffee on the front porch admiring the lake! We had the best time and truly can’t wait to visit again! Lindsey was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had!

Very Fun Rental
We loved the house. It was small but the space was utilized perfectly. All kitchen necessities were readily available. The only issue was that there was not an available dryer. We can up to ski and we could not dry our snow suits. Other than that the house was great. Great layout for a family.

Family time
We found this listing and jumped at the chance to book our first rental with VRBO. We arrived during a snow storm which made our commute take far longer than it should have been. My family and I enjoyed the stay and it was a much needed break. The home was warm, clean, beautiful and in a great location. We would recommend this listing to anyone looking to just stay in and relax with young kids or a group of adults looking to spend some time together building life long friendships. The loft was our favorite part of the house. This home had a lot to offer and it felt like a home from the moment we arrived. The appliances were all modern the bathroom was beautiful. The living space was very open and well lit which made it feel far bigger than it was on paper. We look forward to booking this home again in the summer months when we can enjoy more outside activities, our kids are young so no hitting the slopes for us just yet. On a weekend with a ton of snow and sub 20 degree temperatures we were in the perfect place at the perfect time. Thank you to our host who communicated promptly, we look forward to doing this again.

Sweet cabin with lots of beautiful design detail
We loved the attention to detail, the extra bed in the loft under the stars, the very attractive and highly functional (and well-stocked) kitchen, the inviting ambiance, and cool/clever design ideas (wallpaper on the kitchen ceiling!). The area is beautiful and Lindsay is super responsive. And right on cue it started to rain at night, making for a soothing sound tapestry as the rain hit the metal roof. Fabulous!

Lovely Cabin by the Lake
The cabin was so welcoming, cozy, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. There's much to do outdoors and lots of indoor attractions too. We hiked a lot in Hickory Run State Park and enjoyed a local brewery and good restaurants too. Lindsey and Scott offer a wonderful place to stay!

Great Cabin, Perfect Location!
My husband and I enjoyed a quiet kid-free weekend away at this beautiful cabin. It was well maintained and very clean. It was also in a perfect location as it was close to a lot of great restaurants and right by Lake Harmony. Although just my husband and I came to the cabin this weekend, we hope to come back with our kids sometime in the future. Thank you for such a lovely weekend.

Perfect Home Base
Copper Cabin is the perfect home base for all of your day tripping needs on a visit to the Poconos. This well appointed and beautifully decorated cabin has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It was great not having to pack sheets, blankets and towels. We were in the area for a wedding, and extended our stay to visit some of the area's other sights like Jim Thorpe and Lake Wallenpaupak. Lake Harmony access is right across the street, which will be perfect for our next visit to the cabin when we can bring our kayaks.

Perfect getaway
From the minute we walked in the door, we felt so comfortable. The cabin is delightful! We spent hours on the front porch enjoying the peace. There was everything we needed inside, and we loved grilling steaks and using the firepit at night in the cozy backyard. Definitely would rate our stay 10 out of 10!

Weekend @ the Copper Cabin
Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Copper Cabin! It was our first time taking our son (3 1/2) to the mountains, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was clean and fully-stocked with everything a young family needs (even bedrails + toys in the kids' room!), and the fact we didn't have to lug linens and towels from home was such an added bonus. We made so many memories and are already looking ahead to plan our next stay!

Wouldn’t want to draw the short straw if we were with another couple and had to utilize the loft. Probably okay for someone much younger. Otherwise we’ll appointed. Rain head in shower was great after a long bike ride on the Lehigh Gorge Trail.

A perfect end to summer!
An amazing time in Lake Harmony for me, my husband, and our two kiddos (6 yo and 8 yo). The Copper Cabin was perfect! Amazing location right across from the Lake, efficiently designed (every inch of space is usable – indoors and outdoors), really fun interior design and finishes, spotless. The kids LOVED the bunk beds... The Lake Harmony area is beautiful! We followed a bunch of recommendations from the host on things to do. Favorites: boat ride with Captain Wolfe, breakfast at Piggy’s, lakefront dinner at Boulder View Tavern (wow!!), hiking at Hickory Run State Park (Hawk Falls). Don’t hesitate to book if you need some time away! Thank you, Lindsey for a great experience!

Finding time to relax and connect.
The family was looking to share a few relaxing days after a summer filled with schedules that took all of us in different directions. We decided to steer away from sandy beaches this year and spend some time in the hills; something as a family we hadn't done in a few years. The Copper Cabin served as home base after day hiking and visiting sites in the area. We kicked back and found time to relax and share some laughs. We were able to enjoy each other's company again and reconnect before another school year starts.

The Copper Cabin is perfection
This property is absolutely amazing. The owner Lindsey is a professional decorator and this place really shows it. You have the Lakeview from the front porch with two rockers, when you go into the cabin it's like you're in another world. The finishes are outstanding. It has such a cabin feel yet it's totally updated with all modern amenities. There is a nice little backyard patio area with a gas grill and a fireplace for night fires and s'mores making. Plenty of places around to get firewood. This is perfectly located with restaurants and other things nearby. If we could give this 10 Stars we would. Will definitely return. Thank you for an absolutely perfect vacation.

Another amazing stay at The Copper Cabin
This was our second time staying at The Copper Cabin and it was just as amazing as the first stay. The cabin is small but the layout makes it feel big on the inside. It’s updated and clean! The backyard space is a bonus for relaxing or enjoying a campfire. And the lake is just steps from the front door! Great communication with the owner. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the copper cottage was awesome, all the way from booking to check in and beyond. The cottage served our needs perfectly and Lindsey was a pleasure to deal with and even gave us some great tips about things to do in the area as well as a recommendation to lake harmony golf cart rentals that added to our stay. I would definitely stay at the copper cottage again and highly recommend to anyone visiting lake Harmony.

Great Lake Harmony House!
We had a great time at the Copper Cabin. Everything was exactly as described on VRBO. The house was clean with a few minor exceptions. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. The house is stylish and laid out very well for a small group. We would consider staying here again in the future- the Lake Harmony area has a lot of activities nearby and is in a very scenic setting.

Perfect Fathers Day Vaca
First time at Lake Harmony and we picked a perfect location. We wanted a laid back long weekend and that's how it went. Check in and communication was great. The place was plenty spacious for the wife and me with our four kids. The water pressure was very good. The firepit made a great night of S'mores eating. There are plenty of things to do in the area but that's not what this review is about. We really can not say one negative thing about the place. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A little slice of heaven
We stayed in the Copper Cabin for one night over the Memorial Day Holiday, and it was everything you could hope for. The location can't be beat (Right across from Lake Harmony), and the cabin itself is beautiful. We took full advantage of the firepit out back, and enjoyed every minute of our time there. The home was clean and well appointed for renters, and the owners were extremely responsive. We'd definitely stay again!
