Experience staying in a pathetic hotel
Stay away from this hotel unless you want to take a shower sitting on the toilet seat. Extremely unhygienic and poorly ventilated. The rooms are like servant quarters. For 75 Euros, I think you can find much better places than this dump. Seriously, I have stayed in hotels around the world (including third world countries) and this probably ranks the worst. Extremely rude customer service at the front desk by the ladies managing it. There is no wifi in the rooms and you have to come to the lobby. The only positive is that it is very near to the railway station. But it is definitely not worth the money.

It's very close to the train station and a short walk from the lake. The hotel is clean but not newly renovated. You have to pay 10 euro extra for A/C.

we stayed here because someone recommended us while we were looking for a place close by the train station. The location is really good for whoever is traveling from the train station and have lots of luggage to carry by foot. The price is pretty good for the location and service. We really liked the service, the people were very helpful at the front desk. We stayed the more economic one, the washroom is really small and very very simple, but there's a small balcony. the room was actually better than what it looks like in the picture we saw, so it wasn't too bad. overall pretty good experience :)

Perfect location for train station.
Last night in Desezano, early morning train to Verona. Great location for both station and restaurants. No thrills hotel, but very good choice. I would stay again for sure!

Close to the train station but a bit of a walk
The hotel was pretty close to the train station but was a bit of a walk down to the beach. I was only here for a night so it did not matter too much.

La stanza ha la moquette vecchia consumata e tutta rovinato. Gli infissi della camera sono molto vecchi e mancano i doppi vetri il che significa che non trattengono i rumori e gli spifferi d'aria anche se per questi ultimi non era un grosso problema visto che le tapparelle erano bloccate e non si potevano tirare su rendendo cosi la stanza molto buia e poca possibilità di cambiare l'aria. Il bagno è Molto piccolo non essendoci spazio ti trovi a fare la doccia sul vater. Nessuna delle lampadine delle abat-jour funzionava.

Ett lite slitet hotell, men mycket trevlig personal. Ligger nära tågstationen, men en 20 minuters promenad från stranden. Vårt rum hade en enorm takterrass som balkong det va lyxen med detta rum, men det hade ju bara ett fåtal rum vad vi kunde se i alla fall.

Går nog att hitta bättre för liknande pris.
Bra läge mellan tågstationen och vattnet. Ganska nedgånget hotell, skulle verkligen behöva en uppdatering. Okej rum med AC och ganska bra säng, men resten var väldigt slitet. Det fanns ingen lampa förutom taklampan, en sänglampa eller liknande hade varit uppskattat. En av de sämsta duscharna jag upplevt på ett hotell. Det kom knappt något vatten alls och väldigt klen stråle, samtidigt som hela badrummet blev jätteblöt. Väldigt få gäster på hotellet.

Hotel molto vecchio poco curato addirittura nella nostra stanza abbiamo soggiornato una notte abbiamo trovato una protesi dentaria sotto il letto l'ha trovata il mio cane la pulizia lasciava a desiderare Per fortuna ci siamo fermati una notte ma non è un posto da passarci una vacanza ti rovineresti è proprio un hotel d'altri tempi vecchio serramenti vecchi una TV a schermo piatto che era un monitor normativo bagnetto che neanche in doccia ci stai fra poco se non avete grosse esigenze ok andate lì ma io poi gli alberghi con la moquette per terra li odio li trovo estremamente sporchi

La mia è stata una buona esperienza. L'hôtel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione di desenzano del garda. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati cortesi ed attenti a soddisfare le mie esigenze. Vi era una abbondante colazione con brioche e marmellate, miele, fette biscottate.... La camera pulita e tutto in ordine. L'addetta alla colazione cortese e sorridente. È in 2 stelle, non si può pretendere la qualità di un 4. Da consigliare.

Camera piccolissima, materasso basico, mobili degli anni 60/70 in tutto l'albergo, la doccia in mezzo al bagno (lago ogniqualvolta). Utile solo se non si trova altro, se si è di bocca buona e per il prezzo in desenzano

Certamente la ns. struttura si trova in posizione davvero strategica e abbiamo dei prezzi il più economici possibile (visti appunto i prezzi in Desenzano). Vi trivdes bra. Hotellets läge är perfekt med närhet både till den gamla staden och stationen. Personalen är trevlig och tillmötesgående. Desenzano är en fin stad och en bra utgångspunkt för båtresor och bussresor till andra orter runt Gardasjön.

Hotel som ger det man betalar för och inget mer. Frukosten är så enkel en frukost kan vara men finns rummen är enkla men ac funkar. Det betyder att det är ett enkelt o prisvärt hotel om man har förväntningarna på rätt nivå

Nel complesso comodo come posizione, il personale simpatico e disponibile. La stanza ci è stata rifatta ogni giorno. Ma, c'è da fare un grande investimento per rivedere il tutto (dai letti al diffusore della doccia, la ventola dei bagni ciechi...) anche se è un 2 stelle il rapporto qualità prezzo non è equo. Anche l'impatto della hall è qualcosa di "fuori dal tempo". Alla Direzione quindi diciamo: forza; investite e potete farcela!

Good hotel for people on a budget in desenzano.
Primavera hotel is very close to the train station and a 15 min walk from the town centre. Our room had a musty smell, no fridge and no aircondition, but it had a fan and was very quiet. The hotel is perfect for young people who are on a budget. The reception was very helpful!

Se anzichè hotel fosse ostello, direi che tante re
Alla prima vista si deve ammettere che questo hotel di primavere ne ha viste molte....senza che negli anni siano stati fatti interventi di manutenzione. Diciamo che si può considerare un ho(s)tel per una platea di giovani senza troppe pretese e molto adattabili e con budget limitato. Si salva l'accoglienza e la cortesia del personale alla reception, poi una volta salite le scale e aperta la porta delle camere è meglio non iniziare a fare gli "Sherlock Holmes" cosa c'è che va. L'arredamento è obsoleto, la luce è affidata a pochissime applique tipo sottoscala che emettono luce fiocca ed ingiallita, le persiane e tapparelle sono sgangherate, per il bagno e la moquette non dovete essere schizzinosi, la TV prende male praticamente tutti i canali, sotto i letti si trovano ancora gli incartamenti degli snack degli ospiti precedenti, Nota positiva c'è almeno l'aria condizionata (basta chiedere il telecomando alla reception); nota veramente negativa i letti rotti e sfondati e dover dormire per terra...alla fine uno prenota per poter passare la notte e quindi il letto è il minimo sindacale richiesta. Meriterebbe un piano generale di ristrutturazione (magari questi tempi con le agevolazioni fiscali sarebbe pure il momento opportuno) ma sarebbe già bello (e con risorse limitate) partire dalle reti dei letti. La colazione seppure nell'area reception è passabile e sono cortesi nel servizio.

the hotel is basic but fair for the price-quality, its very close to the trainstation and in 5-10 min you are at the old town and habour. its very quit environment. basic breakfast.
