"This was our second time staying here. This place is within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The unit we got this time, the hot water tank went out completely and we were staying there another night - there were 10 of us staying there. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to stay in the unit next to us for our last night AND allow us keep our place that didn’t have hot water. Hands down - excellent customer service!! We will be staying there again. "

"We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit. "

"The staff gave us an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a full sized fridge, microwave, pull out couch, eating area with nice table and chairs. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great time. The Edge water is a great location, bars and restaurants to your left, to your right, etc. The downtown park is right across the street too. "
