"It was so bad that I don’t have anything to compare it to. Hands down the worst hotel/motel I have EVER stayed at. From the moment we checked in, the people were not helpful and the check in desk was a mile and a half away from the room. When we got to the room, motel doesn’t even give it enough credit. Dirty, small, no amenities. It felt like camping. Fridge was broke, the tv was tiny with no channels. I will NEVER book through Expedia or at this hotel again."

"We stayed on a Sunday night after a long day of hiking. Made use of the outdoor swimming pool to cool off. The staff were all top notch with their customer service, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had all the usuals of a complimentary hotel breakfast. Location was good too, close between Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton so quick drive to either in addition to the Interstate."

"The only reason you're going to this property is to be at the water park. Well the indoor water park facilities are extremely dirty. This places have not been cleaned in a very long time. There are enormous brown spots on bottoms of every pool. The outdoor facilities were much cleaner but that pretty much meant that we were confined to those facilities. Because of that the overall value I'm staying at this property seems to be very low. The front desk staff is not very good. The restaurant is fine and the staff at the restaurant is friendly and helpful. But the most overwhelming part of the experience is the very dirty indoor water park facilities."
