Breakfast was very low level. No one was attending the customers needs. Juice machine was not working. No plates, nothing was getting refilled etc. No sign for the food and no one there to answers it. Seems it was too much work for one person. Even though hotel seems to be pretty average occupancy .

Overall, the stay was pleasant. I had only two issues. The room I stayed in had a strong odor of recent construction or remodeling. Gave me a slight headache after being in the room for more than a few hours. The second issue was that there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. I had to wait 20 mins just to purchase a bottle of water from the sundry shop.

Presidential suite has two televisions, two sinks in restroom, spa tub, comfortable bed. The dining area is large and seemed to have plenty of empty space that seem wasted, but for some families would be perfect. Had frig, microwave, coffee maker, counter in kitchen space. If you wanted to have a meeting in dining area, should offer more chairs or sofa. Free shuttle service offered to casino area which was perfect between 5 pm to 3 pm

I waited in the front lobby for 15 minutes before an employee was present to check me in, The room is in bad condition, bathroom door was broken, and freeway exit and spotlight right outside my window...

Furniture covered in (you know what) stains Furniture missing Mildew smell Disgusting shower Low water pressure, almost no hot water Throw up stains on mattress Lack of lighting fixtures Using a luggage cart for a makeshift closet No hangers. Staff was openly smoking cigarettes in the entry. Terrible experience, will never ever be back.

Locked the front doors on us, had us waiting in the lobby for check in for a really long time. Bugs in the hotel room. You definitely get what you pay for.

Unfriendly front desk personnel. Room was terrible, lighting was bad, the worst part was the shower tub on room 321 drain; I had to shower in dirty water because the water wasn’t residing. At checkout the front desk rep did not acknowledged me; didn’t asked me if everything went well, no receipt, etc. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN; nor recommend this property for a future stay. PROPERTY NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS starting with staff.

The property was easy to get to from Hwy US 10. Room was clean. Beds were soft. Shower - shower head water spray was perfect; bathtub floor was very slippery. Suggest improvement before someone gets hurt. Breakfast was sufficient.

Conveniently located, easy check-in process and staff was friendly and pleasant, appliances and AC/heat worked well. We didn't indulge in the breakfast but it's your standard hot breaksfast fair, nothing special...Traffic noise is significant but I understand it is right off I-10 and by several red lights so you have occasional loud car exhaust. I wanted a jacuzzi tub so we splurged for the presidential suite... it was not at all worth it. Throughout the rooms floor hard surfaces looked and felt unclean. They could really use a good hard cleaning. Every room the edges & corners had dust, hair, and debris like it was just swooshed with a broom to walls. There was a glop of sticky goo in middle of floor if main room that I stepped in wearing socks thankfully. Looked like hair gel or something, didn't appear bodily... Found a few hairs in the tub and Also what looked like a booger in sink. A small food stain on a corner of comforter on bed. The shower water pressure was none and the door dragged at bottom and was almost impossible to close. I was not asked how my stay was at check-out so I didn't talk to staff about issues. We'll just scratch this one off the list to stay or recommend.

I liked having the shuttle available until 3am. He was quick to pickup to and from destination when called….no waiting My only complaint was the cleanliness in the shower wall and hand rails in shower. They were very dirty. Needs hotter water when taking a bath. Everything else was great. I will stay again on my next trip to LC.
