Great deal if you have a car
Its a great deal if you are driving, it's situated about 10 min drive from Bayonne city center. But if you have a car or bike you can get to town very quickly and come back when you're done.

Room was warm, air-conditioning very noisy so not able to use. On ground floor so reluctant to open window. Walls thin so heard everything throughout hotel. Quiet location on edge of industrial estate. Breakfast was ok, staff friendly.

Great place. But our deadbolt lock on door wasn’t working. Clerk didn’t believe me, checked door. Then verified issue only to tell me there was nothing she could do they were booked solid. Traveling as a single female with young daughter. I’d like that peace of mind or at least an attempt to compensate for. I’ve had hotel doors opened before with just single lock in place so I was disappointed with the lack of that basic feature. That’s why I book through Expedia so I have responsive hotels.

Excellent - highly recommended
Such a friendly hotel with staff who were very willing to help and recommend eating places and directions. Facilities were excellent, and I managed to get a room there at very short notice, having cancelled a poor quality hotel elsewhere in Bayonne. The view of the river (sadly not from my room) was beautiful.

It was a basic clean hotel, we booked there as a stopover and there was a restaurant 50 m away but only to be told that it was closed on the weekend and it was a Friday night.. so a shame a bout that but it was clean and the staff were nice

It takes 5 minutes driving from the hotel to go to the city center and the parking is free from 6.00 pm during all night... Do not hesitate to ask to the reception. There is plenty restaurants in Bayonne ! Best regards

Very good location, close to downtown. Staff are very professional. Need to have more staff for the breakfast, one employee isn't enough to serve, we have to wait to have the coffee cups, juice glasses and tables to be cleaned. Having the toilet and the shower separately is not very convenient.

Going beyond expectations
We probably stayed too many nights (3) as there isn't much to do. This hotel is out in the industrial area and with no street address, very difficult to find. But once you do, worth it. We had a medical emergency and the staff were absolutely wonderful in getting emergency services for us. For us, there aren't enough stars to rate them. We only spoke English and they managed everything for us. So thank you Adonis team.

Practical hotel located in a quiet industrial setting beside a picturesque river. The breakfast is great and the rooms are nice and functional. Easily located with free parking and nicely situated near a major shopping centre (Ikea). The historic town is only a short drive away. Overall, a nice place to stay and use as a base for further exploration!

2 really nice receptionists. The restaurant next door wasn’t up to much and we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment. Dark when we arrived, dark when we left but a convenient overnight stop.

If we ever go again I'd be happy to use this hotel
We arrived at just after 10pm and there was no one on duty but there was an envelope stuck to the door with my name on it. It contained a key. Other than that, the hotel was clean, pet friendly and provided a very nice breakfast. The staff were helpful and polite. One down side was that it is situated on an industrial area and the hotel is new so satnav did not recognise the address. We got to the Lahonce area of Bayonne and used Google maps to get us to the hotel.

No restaurants within walking distance. Need to move by car to local mall but this closes by 9:00pm or to city center about 10min drive. Hotel clean, comfortable, good services, breakfast OK but can be better.

Nice hotel with noisy ineffective air conditiong.
The hotel is only four years old and is nicely laid out. Staff were helpful and it was in a quiet area, although being on the edge of a business estate, this may be accounted for by the fact that we stayed there on a Saturday. It was a little way out of town and the restaurant next door was closed, so not of much use. The room was hot in spite of the air conditioner.

We have stayed here a few times on our way to and from Spain we find it convenient and restful and comfortable. Good service breakfast is available the only downside is there is no Restraunt close by for any evening meal although there is a takeaway pizza place not to far away.

New build, very clean
We travel from Folkestone to Calais and drive to Spain and try to drive halfway before stopping. Our previous hotel in Bayonne for some reason stopped accepting dogs so we had to look elsewhere. As we have a pooch we need somewhere to walk him. We booked this because it's new, close to a river and got some excellent reviews. The receptionist was very helpful, spoke English when I tried to speak French (says a lot about my French!) and gave us a slip of paper with an Internet and gate code ( remember to memorise this or take it with you if you go out). Our room was perfect for one night. You could see and smell it was new, there was a separate wc and shower, a tv showing mainly French tho we found a few English news channels. The room was a good size for two of us and a largish dog. The bed was wonderfull, big and comfy, had one of my best nights sleep in ages. We were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the river and part of the town, so a pretty view. Although close to the road it wasn't noticeably noisy. The only downside to this lovely hotel is the location. It's in an industrial estate that is up and coming so there are a lot of units but most of them are empty apart from a hairdressers and a gym. There are plenty of places to walk the dog as most of the estate is deserted, especially later in the evening when we arrived. You do need a car for this hotel unless you have come well prepared with food and drink as there aren't any restaurants or bars.

Good facilities; shame about location
The hotel is located in the industrial outskirts of Bayonne. It is very convenient for the main roads and does not take long to drive to Bayonne - but certainly not walking distance. The hotel was very clean (it appears to be very new - so new in fact, the surrounding office/shop spaces are not let).
