On behalf of the entire team here at SpringHill Suites, we want to thank your for sharing your feedback. I am sorry your experience with us here at SpringHill Suites was below your standards. We hope to be able to exceed all your expectations in the future, during your next stay in Lafayette.
The only reason am not giving 5 stars its beacause someone brake into my vehicle stealing my lugage worth around $3600.
People at desk and police officer told me the same thing. Its unfortunate that this happens very often in this area.
So they know this happens a lot . But i think they don't care about guests because being a hotel by Marriott they don't have surveillance cams at parking lot.

This is an unfortunate incident, this is not common for our area. We will be sure to work with the local law enforcement to ensure this was an isolated incident and ensure drive arounds are staying consistent by the local law enforcement.

The shower had rust! It looked so horrible that we didn't shower and the facebowl is in an open area so you don’thave privacy! Yucky! I would not stay here again.

It is very difficult to find decent hotels in the area but this hotel was better than most. It’s very centrally located by the river ranch area, lots of restaurants etc. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the only thing was the shower is pretty small and there’s no tub.

I stay at the Springhill Suites in River Ranch several time a month and love this hotel. The hotel has a wonderful staff, great value and fantastic location which is close to many great restaurants in the Lafayette area. Always recommend this Springhill Suites at River Ranch to other when traveling to Lafayette.

Was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Didn’t like layout of the room because the bathroom had no door and was at back of room. Therefore no privacy for those in bathroom area, while other’s sleeping.

Staff not friendly, bed seemed smaller than King and uncomfortable, was told breakfast was from 7-9 and when I came down a little before 8 nothing was available but cereal and muffins
