Yeah, staying here is not about the money for us as our rental rate doesn't even cover the cost of electricty or water, which is my fault because I don't feel like doing that much math so yeah, we're glad to have you as our guest and come back any time as I'll keep putting more toys & amenities for public usage and this summer comes the jet ski's and 2 stroke surfboards, ahhh yeah!!!

Unfortunately, we have no control over the cancellation, updates or changes to your reservation/booking/refunds, etc. If "we" make any changes to your reservation it puts a negative mark on our account.I just read your response and in order to make all parties satisfied with your stay, we are willing and want you to stay a week for free, on us with us for freeas I've been told from aaiebnband is solely in the hands of the AirBnB customers

Well thank you fir staying with us and giving us a chance to host you & your loved ones. We may be a way, way older type of AirBnB house, but our dishes are spotless and our onsite housekeeper is always cleaning and disinfecting the house so.

Great guests, would recommend them for any AirBnB, VRBO site. Very respectful, they are more then welcome to stay again. Oh and the pool is officially open for the summer and as clear as the sky is blue! P.S. the girls loved playing with your big ole "pussy cat" of a "vicious pitbull" that he is... He too is welcome anytime!

Perfect VRBO, AirBnB or any other home rental app guest! Clive is more than welcome to come and stay with us anytime. We enjoyed his company, even his few guests that he had over were also a delight. Very respectful and after 30 days of stay with us he even left his room and bathroom as clean as the day he arrived, which of course lessened the amount of time our cleaning service was able to bill. We were sad to see him go but we are happy that things are back in his favor. We wish him the best and all the success he deserves in his life's adventure!
