Very nice cottage 38 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne and only 1.6 km from the nearest beach. Ideal for those who want a beach vacation in a quiet environment. There are several small stores nearby. The comfortably furnished and well-equipped property is ideal for the small family, which has a pleasant terrace at its disposal. Lie on the beach for lazing or take advantage of the water sports on offer there. Additional fun for little vacationers are the water park in L?Aiguillon-sur-Mer (12 km) and the water park O'Gliss (16 km). Visit the castle complex of Talmont (40 km) or take a lovely walk on the hiking trails La Gravelle (32 km) and La Coulée Verte (29 km). Les Sables-d'Olonne is nestled in a beautiful landscape and offers a great day out. Stroll along the old harbor and through the L'Île Penotte district. Continue on the mile-long beach promenade Le Remblai, or seek out the priory Saint-Nicolas. The shell museum and zoo are interesting for families with children, and adults can try their luck at the casino. Look forward to many social evenings and cozy meals on the terrace of this charming vacation accommodation.

Excellent Location
The property is lovely but a little tired in the garden area. Check in was terrible, the keys were not at the property, had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights whilst a spare set of keys were located. The stay in the hotel was refunded by the agent which was good. Toilet flush stopped working last week there, could not contact the agent/person responsible for property, had to full toilet with water each time needed to use it for last week there. Even on day of check out no one had come to repair the toilet. Positive points, the property was in a excellent location for us. Access to the fun bus was perfect, would stay in property again but the check in needs to be sorted.

Bien située dans une région agréable. Plage et commerces à proximité. Propriété très agréable, confortable et bien équipée. MAIS AUCUNE INFORMATION à l'arrivée concernant les ouvertures de l'eau, gaz et électricité. Il a fallu tout chercher. Ceci après une attente de plus de 2h pour entrer dans la maison (problèmes d'organisation avec NOVASOL).
