Great place to stay to visit Cinque Terre. 5 min away from the boat station and 10 min walk to the train station. Very accommodating and helpful staff. They advised us a lot of helpful things. I highly recommend to stay at this place to visit La Speiza or Cinque Terre

Great stay and experience, we loved La Spezia as a whole. Definitely recommend. Try to message them regarding arrival time the day before to make sure the reception area is staffed when you arrive, they sent us a message to request that information but we didn't receive it until after arrival, but a quick call solved that easily.

Hello, thank you for taking the time for sharing with us your experience. I am sorry you weren't satisfy wit the shower size but the Economy Room that you chose has got a bargain price because of the small size of the bathroom and the shower. Concerning the room temperature the thermostat is into the room and it is possible to set the temperature by yourself.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, sink was missing a drain cover, bidet drain stop was stuck shut. Apart from that, it is located in a convenient busy area close to restaurants. Ideal if you are looking to enjoy night time activities conveniently. Not so ideal if you are looking to get a restful sleep.

The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony. We also had use of a small kitchen with coffee machine and also dining table etc.. From the street there is a main door which requires a fob to access, a second door which we had the key to, and also the doors for the apartment, so it is very safe. The location is perfect, right on the Main Street so great for shopping and dining options. I also asked about an ironing board over message the day before we arrived, and these were placed outside the door for us moments after checking in which was really efficient. My only constructive points would be for some cutlery in the kitchen area, and also perhaps some wall art as there was a slight echo. But this is just nit picking as everything was great. Would definitely recommend staying.

nice in some ways
nice location right over the shopping street with balcony - except it was freezing we still used it. TV did not work? limited tea and no coffee. A little bit noizy right on the shopping street. There was no one there at the office and the gal in the shoe store helped us get in our room after a lady in another shop noticed us hanging out = looking for help. No people or tourists /guests in La Spezia in November.

Lovely room in great central location
Sara was very helpful, showed us to our room and gave us tips for food which got us off to a great start. Lovely room with good bathroom and AC. Situated in main area of La Spezia and a short 10min walk from the station. Great location to use as a base for exploring the Cinque Terre. Would stay here again without question.

We were welcomed by the friendly Sara and were provided with excellent recommendations. Easy day trip to Cinque Terre from here. On Sara’s recommendation we also went to Porto Venere and had an excellent day. The room was spacious and excellent location. This was our favourite destination and accomodation of our trip. Highly recommend this!

The safe didn't work. Addressed with reception but nothing done. Shower leaked. No working lift. Entryway to rooms is a mess. Handy to shopping and dining and the room was a decent size with a good bed. Overall disappointing and really couldn't recommend. Reception 3 hours a day also an issue

We are quite surprise though that you had been disappointed by something that you have know at the time of booking because it is clearly stated in our listing that we don’t have elevator so it couldn’t be broken and that our reception is open from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.As for the safe we tried to explain you that since it was a last minute problem we were waiting for the technician to repair it.We apologize again for any inconvenience this could have may caused.

Close to the train station and easy walking to the port. The room was clean and quiet, would have loved it if the coffee had been replenished. Lots of dining options nearby, in a charming location. I would recommend this place.

The room is really good with all amenities and comfort. The staff Sara is really friendly and helped us setup and gave some tips. The room is 10 min walking distance from the La Spezia train station. The room we stayed faced the street we could hear some noise from the street at one night. And the surrounding area is really good with shops and restaurants.

Sara was very accommodating, helped us store our luggage and showed us right to our room. The bed was comfortable and we had a small balcony we could look out to the street. The shutter blinds blocked out all the light so we had a great sleep. Clean room with fridge and tea. Unfortunately there was no coffee in the room and the safe did not work.

We love this hotel. It is near the train station so it is so easy to go to Cinque Terre. There are so many good restaurants near the hotel. The room was perfect and very clean! The best room we had in Italy!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our unit was right above a busy pedestrian stroll but it was very quiet with the windows and balcony door closed. Right outside the hotel are restaurants and shops. The train station is 10-15 walk which was very convenient for us to train to the villages of Cinque Terre. The only negative we had was a smell coming from our bathroom sink and inside the hotel entrance. It had a sewage like smell. Otherwise it was an overall good stay.

The room is clean and spacious. A bit far from the ration especially if you have bigger luggage. The wall is thin, we suffered from baby’s crying the whole night. Overall okay.

The noise around the property horrible walls are paper thin. Shower is gross to stand in. Bed is uncomfortable to sleep on. Stands, tables and chairs are super gross and dirty.

We were a bit disappointed with the stay. The hotel is like Airbnb and there is no reception so check-in only at certain times. Cleaning also seems to be at a fixed early time. With no do not disturb sign, we felt hurried to leave for cleaning. Finally it felt like we were always being chased to pay city tax with a couple messages everyday during our stay!! Could do better than that

It is to the south of La Spezia Centrale Railway Station, about 5 minutes’ walk, convenient location. We didn’t realize until we found this location. Actually, it is like an Airbnb property. We were expecting a hotel with a front desk. However, the air condition is very good, and the shower pressure is great Shower room is sizable The room is plain, but spacious It is by a busy street, on Saturday evening it is quite noisy If you walk about 10 minutes you will reach the port, there is a self-serve restaurant where you may enjoy fresh seafood

Good location but too close to the restaurants as they are right by the room. We heard all the noise even after 1am. The staff is very nice and friendly. Lots of dining options.
