If you are a person who's sensitive to odore, there are always garlic smells around the first door (Not inside their rooms or appartment but inside the building. Maybe restant nearby or person who's cooking) but we liked that smell so it was not the problem. Rooms inside were Very Cleaned with warm hospitalities, such as Procecco, snacks (Dolce e Salate), freshly designed as marina sailors😇✨💖⛴️ Only flaw would be a shower, maybe only our rooms, but too small and not easy to close the partion door so let it opened. You need to wait until the water gets hot after one person had since water boiler tank is too small, but it's not a big problem, you just need to wait. Totally, we stayed 2nights but very pleasant stay with a walkable neighbor cafes, gelaterie and ristoranti, also park and the port mirabello💖

Lovely Stay
My husband and I stayed 3 nights here. While we didn’t meet either owner in person, Ilaria was in touch through what’s app and responded immediately to any of our queries or requests right down to arranging an early morning cab for us on check out. Our room was comfortable and clean and there was a lovely small basket of goodies left out for us as well as drinks in the mini fridge. The location is close to the beautiful waterfront and about a 15 min walk from the train station. There’s a small, clean laundromat very close by and restaurants within easy walking distance. The only improvements I could suggest are to have better pillows as they were very flat, and a larger shower would be nice as it’s quite tiny. Overall a great find that I would highly recommend!

Great location, friendly host
We loved this little hotel on the edge of downtown La Spezia, it has a fantastic location! So close to all of the restaurants and shops. It’s about an easy 20 minute walk to the train station. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Our initial train into La Spezia was delayed multiple times and she was super easygoing about changing the meeting time for us to check-in. She was very informative about both the hotel, La Spezia and Cinque Terra. She recommended a few great restaurants, explained the boat and train options. Our room and bathroom was spotless and well maintained. It came equipped with free snacks, drinks and coffee. Even the daily housekeeper was kind! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect place to stay in La Spezia, Only 10 minutes walk from the train station so easy access There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the area which serve insane food options, Maristella was the perfect host, she gave fantastic recommendations and extremely friendly, Will be back if i ever return to La Spezia

Comfortable 2 night stay
Very clean and comfortable in an ideal location, the walk up to the mini hotel is kind of dark and gloomy but once you get in, it is clean, bright, and nicely decorated, The air conditioning was a welcome bonus after having many warm days in other places.

Nice facility. Did not see any staff on premises after checking but everything is Automated. Good free parking 10 minutes walking. 15 minutes walking from train station. Very convenient.

Comfortable stay in a great location
We stayed here for two nights as a part of a road trip of Italy and to visit Cinque Terre. We parked in Europa Park car park (15min walk away) and the car park was safe, clean and with big spaces! After the walk to the property we went in to a super clean modern apartment that was perfectly placed for food , shopping and walks to the harbour for great boat tours. Our hosts gave us a huge amount of information about the local area and recommendations for things to do and places to eat! The room itself was immaculate and had everything you could ask for , even a coffee machine for guests to use ! We had two nights of luxury and comfort and would return here to stay in a heartbeat if we ever visited La spezia again

Room was extremely clean. Bathroom was modern and new. Excellent location for exploring and access to Cinque Terre. Lovely area of shops and cafes. Basic but everything you need. Staff was extremely accommodating and met us early to drop off luggage so we could explore, and was given early access to our room. Good communication.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Staff were professional and attentive. Only issue was some noise from the street on Saturday night from nearby bars and restaurants. Ear plugs did the trick and we slept great.

Nous pensions avoir réservé un hôtel avec parking . Ce n’est pas un hôtel et il n’y a pas de parking sur place. Donc beaucoup de pression à l’arrivée. La chambre était propre mais bruyante car située au-dessus d’une pizzeria.

Mme Jeanine, nous sommes desolèe mais veilleuz noter que sur Expedia on est bien écrit que on est pas un hotel, mais une chambre d'hotes et que, étant dans le centre ville on a pas le parking priveè. De toute facon notre "Approdo" offre de services au niveau de petites hotel et les prix sont different!

Everything was nice, big room and clean. The property is located near the pedestrian area, with shops and restaurants. Be aware with the parking because there are some free parking areas, but our car got some scratches, so better go to the paid one. I recommend this stay!
