It was a nice property, super friendly staff and parking was good. Great river view and our event was only a couple blocks way, so convenient location. Had a small pool and very small fitness center, could fit maybe 3-4 people tightly. The price of the room was too expensive for a place not offering complimentary breakfast. Their $$$ breakfast was very expensive and average at best. Unsure if I'd stay again... Probably try another place.

TV didn’t work and asked about getting a new remote and were told by night front desk employee there were none and no maintenance until morning and no other rooms. Really frustrating to have no tv.

Bathrooms are too small- Horrible smell outside
Unfortunately we will not be staying at this Hotel again. Here are the reasons why: 1) The bathrooms are incredibly small. The bathroom in a youth hostel would be bigger than these; there's practically no space on the sink to put your things and I could barely spread my legs to take a crap on the toilet and I'm not a big guy. You can tell the property owners told the builders to cram as many rooms as they could on each floor, and forego bathroom space. Come on, for a Marriott that's ridiculous. 2) The hotel is next to a grain storage elevator, that spews a horrible putrid smell which infiltrates into the rooms through the HVAC system. 3) The bed headboards for the adjacent rooms are facing each other. The result: We could hear the guy next to our room cough during the night like if he was right next to us. That indicates there's poor wall insulation in between the rooms, so that also means ZERO privacy since your next door neighbor can hear everything you're saying. Sorry Marriott, but for the quality of the hotel chain we expected a whole lot more.

Its right next to the Mississippi River. Out room had a fabulous view of the bridge and river. And NYE someone across the way set of fireworks and it was really awesome. Also the Rotary put up lights at the park nearby and it was an awesome display!

I was impressed with the cleanliness and like-new feel of the hotel, from our room to the pool and lobby. It was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again or recommend to others.

The food was mediocre. the ice machine was out of ice, We were put in a handicap room so the door remained open when my husband was sleeping. It cost $5.69 for a little individual bottle of orange juice. The nearby restaurants were all closed. The beds were comfortable but the plug in the sink didn't go down and the plug in the tub wouldn't stay up.

I booked my room for a wedding and was planning to stay two nights but ended up leaving after one night. My significant other and I were in the hot tub and pool area when the working front desk person let two homeless people into the pool area, one of them showered in the pool bathroom and the other put a swimsuit on and swam in the pool, she was very dirty. She then came into the hot tub and talked to us about her life and asked if we wanted to buy a dog. When it was time for the hot tub/pool area to close, the front desk person told the two to leave and then came back in and told us that we needed to get out and go to our rooms.

Excellent location on the Mississippi River. We loved the outdoor patio. The room was clean and spacious. If you are looking to explore the downtown area or the Riverside Park this is the spot for you. It's all walkable. We would stay again.
