The service at this hotel was awesome. They even tried to help by having the cook prepare dinner for us one hour ahead of their typical schedule. The Hotels was extremely nice and clean and modernized, and the price was also very affordable. Actually, the price was about $10 cheaper than other neighboring hotels in which we stayed, that were in the same area and they have not been modernized yet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is in this area.

Short stay in Ferrol
This was our 4th stay in the Valencia. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I think it would be a good idea if, in some of the bathrooms, a walk-in shower was available for older clients as it is not easy to climb into the bath. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate but this time there was an excessive use of plastic wrapping around the food and crockery (I know this was to separate items and to ptotect them because of the pandemic) but I feel a more eco friendly way could have been found. The hotel is in a well-connected but quiet area of the town.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was adequate. I haven't given it 5 stars because the menu in the cafeteria was rather limited.

Modern hotel in nondescript neighborhood
The hotel was nice and modern with a friendly staff. It had free parking in a lot next door. The Internet was adequate. It was, however in a nondescript neighborhood that was not in walking distance of the sights downtown. We were there for only an evening and found there were a number of bars and cafes in easy walking distance, so we were fine.

Great value Hotel.
We had a sensational time everything went well. Staff where very helpful and friendly and our room had everything we needed. Location suited us. Wifi was excellent in our room which was a pleasant change. Would definitely stay again.

Todo correcto y el desayuno buffet suficiente para el precio que se paga. Estuvimos tres noches y dedicamos dos días a recorrer la costa con lo cual nos favoreció que estuviera a las afueras y contara con aparcamiento. Si se baja a la ciudad, puedes hacerlo en coche hasta un parking gratuito que hay a la entrada y luego caminar. Gracias a la chica de recepción por su ayuda y explicaciones.

el hotel esta bien, el personal muy amable y todo is muy limpio lo unico que no es tan bueno es la cocina - el desayuno buffet tiene bastante para eligir pero la cena deja mucho para desear.el wifi es gratis pero a veces hay fallos
