Carl and his team do a wonderful job, most staff having worked there for over 20 years which shows how well they are looked after. The apartment is old but has been decorated to a good standard and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Also paid deposit for safe key, but in check out they said we hadn't. The deposit wasn't a great amount but they add up if it happens regularly. Ask for a receipt. "
