"Room is too small, reserved 4 twin beds which made assumptions that room should be much bigger to accommodate the 4 beds but in reality either 2,3, or 4 twins beds will be from same room size, they will squeeze all the beds inside and charge more if more than 1 beds. Shower water temperature kept changing from warmer to cooler suddenly. Positive side is that it is close to many things, close to Shinkansen, food, supermarket, Aeon mall, and right across Kyoto station. Most staffs are very helpful and nice but did came across a young guy during check in with not so friendly and annoyed attitude."
