Staff are always smiling and willing to assist where they can. We had abit of an issue with our ventilation system which was unable to be sorted out during our stay so the management kindly re imbursed us without us having to overtly complain and argue about it. I felt that was exemplary service and for that reason I will definitely recommend them for a stay and will be sure to book again if the need arises that I am in the area again sometime. Well done to the team. My only recommendation if I can, is to improve the breakfast buffet variety as I overheard other guests suggesting the same. And also to pay attention to halaal food cross contamination like placing meat products in the same Bain Marie as the vegetables etc. Rather keep the meats and vegetable options completely separate so it’s safe for us to eat. Similar to the way the southern sun hotels do. But overall a good vibe and feel to the hotel with pleasant staff and clean surroundings. Thank you

Price does not meet expectations
The room rates are what would be considered "expensive" in South Africa. The room I stayed in was in serious need of a makeover and beyond understanding, had no bedside lamps or a convenient plug. Bar service was very good. Restaurant service was quite amateurish.

Ah, the Hotel is stunning. I cannot wait to load it on my instagram 😊. I enjoyed having my room overlooking the pool. That sound of the fountain so therapeutic 😌 😩 😍 ✨. Overall Service 🤌 was excellent and u had one of the best flat white cappuccino's.

Unfortunately, due to illness and injury that prevented me from traveling I wasn't able to stay at the hotel that I was really looking forward to. Nevertheless, the staff were very kind and helpful in the cancellation process waivig the penalty for late cancellation due to the unforeseen circumstance. Property needs upgrades rooms are old and stuff and dirty moved rooms 3 times the fourth room was fine but the taps are loose the soup holder is broken everything is date or broken the staff are very friendly and helpful the manager give us free dinner for the inconvenience for moving rooms really nice guy feel sorry for the staff as they are excellent but the property is falling apart

Good Day Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We love to hear when we get it right, but more so, when it goes wrong. Please do accept my sincerest apologies for this delay in getting to your room. This is most unacceptable and is currently receiving our urgent attention to ensure this remains isolated and that there is to be no repeat. It seems a system error let us down in that your booking did not pull through to our interface thus the delay in retrieving your actual reservation. At this stage, it seems as if this was out of our control in that the booking agent you used to make your reservation, was the root cause. Having said this, I am of the opinion that we certainly could have done more, and faster to get you into a room. Please do rest assured knowing that we will have this matter finalised today and that on your follow up visit, I trust all will go smooth. Thank you Anthony Moskovitch General Manager
