its a good location if you like to be close to the beach. Access is through a narrow alley from main road. it was formerly under best western brand but they dropped it. it sits in the 2.5/3 star level. and price is on high side.

There’s minimal amenities, given the price point of the hotel, it is expected of this standard. There’s only one bath towel each guest in the room. There’s also a stench in the room like moist and damp sheets smell

real nice place for the price
the location was good walking distance to everything, the staff was great everyday and spoke good english, the tour guides all know where this place is and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive, lots of choices. the room was clean , comfortable and had all the things needed, the room attendants were marvelous,especially Duqus and Amanda, they made awesome towel swans and made me feel like i was on a cruise ship, with special notes with thoughtful words. they also had nightly events on the rooftop at the bar which was very nice as well as the pool, , it has a mini mart right on the corner and a money exchange across the street,for the money per night this was a great find,,its not the ritz carlton but a very good deal for a nice place

location is near to Kuta beach, 3-5mins walking. Room is ok and nothing special. Breakfast is fine with local food. There are few convenient shops around the hotel.

Stayed a week and really enjoyed their included buffet breakfast. Location is a short walk to the Beachwslk shopping center and only 3 minutes to the beach 3.5 miles to airport, although Kuta traffic is quite sluggish and takes about 20-24 minutes. I originally booked 2 days but realized this was a great place compared to others.

Room is too small. Too much noise can't sleep. Smallest pool and not deep. Only 8 sunbeds for entire hotel at pool. Customer service is pathetic. Much better options to stay somewhere else for same price in the area. Would not stay again.

Great location
1st floor rooms at the back of the building are noisy - the staff park their motorcycles and often hang out talking at night. Otherwise great location and stay - its 3rd or 4th time we've stayed there.

Best place to stay in Kuta beach
amazing hotel. Roof top pool and restaurant was suck a great perk to this hotel. Great location. Great staff. Cold AC. Great hotel for the price.

The hotel is well maintained. The room is compact, but provided all the essential amenities. The staff are courteous, professional and responsive. The location is 2 minutes from the beach, and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.I would recommend this hotel.

A simple and great hotel! Vibrant color blocks and just 5min walk to Kuta beach and easily accessible to Legian. Friendly staff, room is clean, simple and value for money. Toilet is clean and water pressure/shower is good. Recommended to all, will definitely return.

Nice, neat hotel. 5 minute walk to the beach! Lot of Surf Schools and Restaurants close by - makes life easy. Plent of pharmacies and convenience stores nearby. Easy to get taxi (use blue bird group).

Very nice sunset and would stay here again ..
We enjoyed ourstay at Citadines. The location is right in the middle of Kuta and across the street from the beach. You're close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, didn't have a single issue during my stay there. Great price for the great value. Thank you again, Citadines, for our lovely holiday.

Prime Location Across the Street from Kuta Beach
One thing I would like to point out is that this hotel is indeed located at Kuta Beach which means its alot more busier and more so of a city. There's plenty of tourism so if that's what you're looking for than this is the perfect place. I had booked my stay at Best Western Kuta Beach via Expedia.ca but had missed the date making it a day shorter than required. When I had arrived they advised me that the booking was set for the next day at the discounted offer rate provided by Expedia. In order to add the additional date it would've had to be at regular pricing; however, without much discussion the hotel staff had discounted my rate and booked me right in for the extra day. This was much appreciated! My room, bed and washroom we're neat and tidy - the A/C was wonderful, I had a mini fridge, room service that ran 24hrs and also delicious breakfast every morning. They even called me before breakfast ends to make sure I wake up and attend! Their hospitality was so warm and all the staff were smiling saying hello all the time. The rooftop pool is as beautiful as the photos very relaxing, with the beach being right across the street I spent most of my time there.

I'd come back here if I need to stay in Kuta again
This place is a bit hard to get to sometimes by car because it's halfway down a tiny alley but the rooms are relatively budget for the location and you can walk everywhere. We could walk back from Kuta Square, walk to Beachwalk for dinner... Markets around every corner. A really yummy Ubud style cafe just down the street. The beds were comfy, bathroom clean and modern...
