"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at...

"The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there. The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it. "

"We received a warm welcome at this hotel, which is superbly located on the seafront in Binz. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and the bar was pleasant. The pool and spa facilities were very good and you are also able to book beach chairs on the hotel’s private stretch of beach. This is not a part of Germany that is popular with the British, which probably added to its charm. It is a hidden gem."

"It is a particular style of decor throughout the Landhaus (everything about knights, and middle ages - all fake etc) that isn't appealing to me. The room was on the ground floor, you couldn't open the curtain or the window because everyone could look into our room and it was somewhat stuffy. I would not have taken this room if I had an option. A very regulated place: rules over rules."

"..hatte Hotel Staphel gebucht und erfuhr bei Ankunft durch Aushang (datiert Anfang September) an der Rezeption, dass ich mich im Hotel Königslinie an der Rezeption melden möchte (ca. 1,5 km entfernt). Ich hatte Ende September gebucht, keine Info von Hotels.com und war irritiert. Bei Ankunft im Hotel erfuhr ich, dass ich umgebucht wurde und dort ein Zimmer habe. "Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Der Check-in war dank Schlüsselbox reibungslos und einfach möglich. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, die Lage ist absolut top. Der Strand ist wenige Meter entfernt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befanden sich in unmitterlbarer Nähe. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell, einfach und sehr herzlich. Ich komme gerne wieder."
