Location was great, in a shopping mall. Room size works fine for a solo traveller. Room was also clean and amenities was provided on a self service basis at the reception. Only slight issue was it was slightly difficult to find the hotel, and it requires 2 change of lifts to reach the room

Hotel feels recently built or rennovated, rooms are very good size with great view of Kumamoto castle. Shower area was slightly dirty, could have been cleaned better.

Hotel is in a shopping mall and it’s very convenient from Kumamoto Station either by bus or local tram within 10-15 mins. Our deluxe king room was spacious and well maintained. There’s shopping alley and eateries across the road which made the whole area very lively at night.

Rooms are small. Checkin staff was rude and unfriendly. Not friendly for elderly travellers. I would not recommend this hotel if you are travelling with family.

Excellent location for travelers reaching Sakura bus station in minutes as well as various shopping options in the building. Room is clean and with decent space. There was smell on the first day of stay perhaps due to the recent refurbishment but it turned to be okay with the air purifier provided in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and loved it every time. If it had self-service laundry I would stay here every time!

The hotel offered me a room with good view of Kumamoto Castle and at higher floor as per my previous request. I’m so happy and thankful for entertaining my request. Thank you so much! The hotel is quite new and so convenient just right above the shopping centre - Sakuramachi and the bus terminal.

Great hotel, a bit confusing to get to as you have to enter the mall to get to it. I wish they validated your parking ticket but still a great experience overall.

An excellent hotel in the center of the city (5 mins walk to the Kumamoto castle) and it is on top of the shopping complex with high-end stores and many restaurants. The bus stations are right under and the city trams stops are in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for staying Kumanoto.

位置就在櫻町巴士站同一座大廈，離開時直接在2/F買車票，在1/F坐車就好，帶著行李也很方便。 大廈B/F就可以買手信，走前也夠時間再逛一圈。如果要買藥妝也有藥妝店，不用特別去商店街的藥妝。 房間可以直接看見熊本城，景色很好。 浴室設計也很合理，很方便。

位置在櫻町巴士總站樓上商場內， 接待處在14樓， 都很容易找到 房間不大， 兩個28吋喼， 勉強可以打開， 但廁所及沖涼房（淋浴加浸浴）很好大， 唯一缺點是新酒店沒有USB ， 其他就很好
