The staff was so nice, friendly and alway smiling while talking to customer. The environment was good too, as they located near to other restaurant or stall which is very good. I am satisfied with my stay, will come again 😁

Save your money go elsewhere
We paid a lot of money to stay two nights at this hotel so were hoping for it to be above average. The hotel is definitely about a 2 star and they get those stars from having a well situated pool and direct access to a beautiful sea and beach. Other than that everything else was appalling. The rooms were filthy and crawling with ants. We found empty milk cartons under our bed. When I asked for our room to be cleaned and sheets changed as they were stained nothing got done. The reception area and round the pool is also in massive need of an update. The breakfast was very average and again not clean. We were most shocked by the lack of social distancing and adherence to any covid policies. We will not be staying here again and cannot believe the price that was charged for two nights. Rip off!

Not worth the money
People at the hotel were lovely and supportive but unfortunately the hotel is rundown, with lots of technical issues and a hotel waste dump just in front of your window (if you didn't book a beach villa). Unfortunate as this could be a great place after renovation.

it not worth paying this kind of money. the whole hotel need to upgrade. it look like worn on hotel. the worst part is the breakfast.it so horrible .the service so slow.lack of communication within staff.the quality of food severed is suck.the whole things suck.Internet service so slowly. no service in room,regarding staying there.

Very good location for snorkeling,diving, kayaking, very good weather was during our stay in mid of August, but most liked for us(me, my wife and my daughter 20y.o., was the Jungle Trip to the turtles beach, which we did almost every days (twice by 45 min with adventures)

Pros: Excellent location, spacious room, big and beautiful swimming pool, very helpful staffs Cons: no wifi or mobile network in the room, limited option for breakfast. Will definitely stay if I visit Redang island again.

We liked the location, the beach was ok. The hotel condition is really nit that good, compared to the price of the room, the wifi did not work well, the breakfast was under average. Things should be improved but thats what every guest was saying for the last reviews.

Aircon not working middle of the night I was sweating and the water heater not working, the toilet smells bad, the staff did not know how to guide to my ferry and bring me to the wrong jetty instead and made me rush to checkout my room earlier, I had terrible experience with them.

The only thing this "resort" has going for it, is the location. The island in general, and the central location of this property and it's beach is fantastic. The problems we encountered are too numerous to outline. This is a one-star "resort" pretending to be something it might have been a long time ago. The fact that over a three week tour across Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia this was the most expensive and the most (and only) run down, dirty, and incredibly disappointing place my family stayed at only makes it sting worse. Visit Redang! Stay away from Sari Pacifica!

The worst hotel ever , love to get my money back
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had ! If I could I would I ask for my money back ! For me I’m annoyed that it was advertised as a 4 Star and it would have trouble getting 1 Star . The TV broke down 4 times, for a whole day we lost all satilte reception. I had no Hot water for 3 days , the length of my stay. Food was almost in eatable , their were wires just open to the weather everywhere, the water had a smell about it , the drains were blocked, the rooms were not clean ,the shower glass was dirty , the flooring was peeling up . Their was no management , the staff were running the place . When I checked in the staff were playing table tennis and laying on the seats with their IPhones . The whole day the staff were on their laptops surfing! Breakfast was passable , most of the customers would grab a packet of chips instead of having dinner there. You drink at the pool bar and the staff would be there talkative ng and relaxing, absolutely no professionalism ! Very disappointed. For me I was stuck , we had to get a ferry off the island , it cost me 500 MYR to get to the hotel plus the hotel . I’m really annoyed with you stated it was a 4 Star . If you would have said 2 Star I would not complain . I’m sorry but I will find it hard to trust your rating system after this . It’s an example of the hotel owners just getting rich without re investing in the property. I’ve worked with hotel people most of my life and this is really bad . I suggest you go an see

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Good service, being met at airport and transport arranged to island. Friendly reception. We had two rooms at the back of the resort, which were both in serious need of upgrading. Rooms were clean, but furniture in poor condition. Unable to use drawers as they fell out when you opened them (both rooms) Also bathroom equipment had seen better days with several temporary repairs. Food selection average We decided to move to another hotel after two days

Mobile phone connection is very bad there. I don't really mind if the wifi was poor (it was as the only wifi was in the lobby and our room wasn't near) but I couldn't even get the normal networks Other than that, hotel was great

Good hotel by the beach. Nice pool facing sea.
good idea to take early flight out of Subang and get into Kuala Terengganu then Merang jetty for Redang Island. adventurous boat trip into island and on-time pick-up by hotel. Easy check-in and room was ready by 10.30am. We were on the beach by 11am. Good hotel, simple , nice and clean. Friendly staff but hotel needs to stock-up on pool bar services. Great Saturday nite BBQ. Excellent dive centre staff and fantastic snorkeling trips.

Unforgetfull and enjoyable trip to Pulau Redang.
Reception staffs were very friendly, helpful in one way or other to provide assistance and arrangement work to make my vacation relaxing and I and my wife really enjoy together with them for the pass 4 days. This hotel is a nice and quiet place for relexing and holiday. At night, there were soft and sendimental musics at the pool bar. Picking up at the Trengganu Air port, arrangement to take ferry to Redang Island: picking up at Redang Jetty: and tranfer to hotel were very smooth and professionally carry out.

Excellent Front Desk & Restaurant Ordered Staffs
They are really efficient, helpful and friendly. Once we arrived at Redang Jetty, within 5 mins after called made to them, they send their staff to pick up and treat us with cold drink while waiting for check-in. At once time, when we ordered dinner/foods, the staff came to our room but to inform that they are unable to full fill our request due to their Chef is busy with 80pax buffet customers. However, to our surprise, the staff (and Chef also) provide the ordered within 15-20min. Superb service! Upon check-out they also made easy for me. Am scheduled to check-out on 11am. But upon my request, they checked-out me at 9am with their vehicle waiting for me to send me to Jetty. Regards

Good, hotels near nice beach
Overall a nice vacation, hotel staff friendly and helpful. The furniture of the hotel is a little run down. If they changed them it would be great. We enjoyed the sea activities. Snorkeling and turtles viewing were amazing.

I read some bad reviews on this hotel. Se were very happy with our 2 night-club there. Big room, Nice beach and a lot of small restaurants by the beach'. Go on the jungle trail and It will bring you to a beautiful beach, almost empty of people but full of turtles!! Realy Nice stay here!

Best beach in Redang Island
Sari is at the best area to stay in Redang Island. This area is very quiet during the week and quite busy at weekends, when lots of boats dock at the beach. The beach is amazing, with clear and warm sea water and white sand. The hotel staff is very nice, kind and helpful. I asked them to have my birthday dinner at the beach, which they kindly set up. After dinner, they surprised me with birthday decorations at the room! It was a really wonderful surprise and I was not expecting it at all. The least positive aspect is the food, that could be better – there wasn't much fresh fruits available at breakfast (unless you asked for). The overall experience was very good and we had a great time at Sari!

Besides the beautiful location on the beach front, the pool overlooking the beach. Staff were friendly and accomodations. However, I expected the room to be in great conditions. However, the A/C was directly under a bed that blows directly on that one bed, no A/C flap to control the direction. The minute you turn off the A/C, the whole room became really hot, a fan would have suffice. I didn't mind the electricity getting cut off twice, but I think that the electricity could have been reduced in each room assuming that there was almost 15 light switches in the room.

Nice for a Short Stay
Visited Sari Pacifica for a 2 night 3 day trip while in Malaysia. Ideal spot for those who love snorkeling and scuba diving. Great beaches too, and crystal clear water. Sari Pacifica must have just reopened after monsoon season, as not all amenities where available (no store, limited spa) and the pool wasn't operational and the fountain was drained. I am sure when the resort is running at its fullest it would much better. It was a good hotel, food was great and staff very friendly and helpful. We did a morning snorkeling excursion which was fun. Saw many colorful coral reef fish (Parrot fish, Clown fish <nemo>), It's a beautiful location, hotel is a bit dated with furniture, but over all we enjoyed our stay.

I booked for my cousin and his wife in deluxe suite, the electricity is not working fully and the heater of the shower stopped in the 2nd day. When my cousin called room service they said that this problem in all the hotel. Come on !! It is 5 stars hotel. After negotiations they change the room to better building as they said but small room not suite. Not recommended at all.

The hotel it is little bit old, but the rooms are good size and comfortable and clean. The location is beautiful and the beach is awesome. The hotel staff were helpful, although they need little more training they tried to do their best.

A nightmarish holiday
we were booked in for 3 nights and after the 1st night, their generator broke down and we were in complete darkness. this went on for another 3 days. that means no lights, no aircond, no heater, nothing. we had to check out and stay at neighbouring hotels and the rates were a lot higher. although we were given a refund on the balance 2 days, we were told that this is a common thing at the hotel as they were only running on 1 generator whereas the rest of the hotels on the island has 2 gen sets. so this was a disaster waiting to happen. very disappointed.

Impressive on arrival; lovely beach. But rooms are very dated and TV only one channel. Next door hotel had work going on so large construction boat docked right on beach with concrete being unloaded and noisy machinery for half our stay We paid £120 a night, this should have been tota ovetall price for 3 nights! Mini shop poorly stocked; suggest walking to another hotel to buy snacks drinks and beach items.

upon arrival at the airport we were not met by the agent as previously arranged, we were left alone for over an hour, frankly unacceptable. The hotel check in staff were very pleasant.... Restaurant was dirty, food was a disgrace....the restaurant staff all men, made my wife feel very uncomfortable by staring constantly, this place is in need of a big shake up, and frankly lacks management input big time.....DONT book this place. MANAGEMENT please listen for your own good.

Outdated but good staff and quiet
The rooms are very outdated and in poor maintenance. The WIFI is terrible. I reserved a non smoking room only to find out that they allow smoking in all the rooms. An ashtray was on the deck on my balcony and the furniture had several cigarette burns. The staff are very nice but they know that the place is a bit outdated and they still do their best to provide great service. The good news is that it was quiet and not over crowded which was worth the extra money to me. The breakfast is about average but you can get fresh made waffles and eggs cooked to order. The restaurant food quality is fair but not 4 star quality at all.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not four star unfortunately, more like one star. The hotel is falling to pieces, staff poorly trained and unhelpful, restaurant food inedible. Noise from nearby karaoke bar every night until midnight. Not recommended at all.
