I am writing this review with very mixed feeling because as a hotel, this is an excellent place to stay. But... It snowed last week and the hotel didn bother to clear the snow even outside its own door. We got off the taxi carrying heavy suitcases only to walk on a super slippery surface. This tells me that this hotel is not remotely interested in the safety and wellbeing of its guess. Breakfast at over 20€ is a good eating experience as they have a lot of different types of food.

Our staff shoveling not only sidewalk, driveway belonging to hotel but also those that belong to the city and should be shoveling by city government (but were not). Convenient walking to Old Town and transportation. Clean and nice breakfast buffet. However, the phone charger receptacles did not work, and needed an adapter. Also, the bathroom only provided one liquid soup for washing, and no shampoo or conditioner.

Very unpleasant welcome at the hotel. Front desk supervisor refuses to honor the platinum membership while being part of the VIP program, And upgrading to a better room even though they had availability. When asked why wont she upgrade, Her answer was that they can sell this room for more money and therefore she prefer not to upgrade. Even though the room they ended up giving was available at check in, Front desk requested extra fee for few few hours early check in. Hotel supervisor showed no intention to make the stay or check in pleasant. Lots of noise during the night. Location was excellent and with walking distance to the city center. Beside that, I would avoid this hotel if possible.

Overall very good, but restaurant service was very slow, drinks came after the starters arrived, had to go looking for staff to pay the bill etc.

Great location hotel, room was large, bright, and had everything in it that you need. Gym, although large, could do with some more equipment in it. Breakfast very tasty also, good hotel.

Had a great time in Q Hotel Plus. Friendly stuff, free bottled water on a daily basis, nice food in the restaurant. Never had breakfast there so I can't comment on that. Convenient location and very quiet. Recommended

I stayed here for a conference at the ICE Congress and this is the most convenient hotel - the doors are literally across a courtyard from each other. The breakfast buffet has loads of options. My deadbolt did not work the first night but they were able to fix it in about 10 mins the next day. A very nice property.

Very convenient location and excellent hotel
I was in Kraków for a technical conference at the ICE Convention Center. Q Hotel Plus was right nextdoor and very convenient. My stay at the Q Hotel Plus was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I also feel very safe. I will definitely stay at the Q Hotel Plus again next time I go to a conference at the ICE center. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel with amazing service. Impressive breakfast. Be aware that on hotels.com photos of Studio Suite show a balcony, but that room type doesn't have one.

Everything was great, but parking is not for free and it have to be booked in advance witch is not right. We had to park near hotel where we had to pay only with coins, no possibility with a card.

The is a front desk manager by the name Magda besides the fact that she was anisemitc she was terribly not nice and gave the worst feeling possible.
