Good. Excellent breakfast. Street noises in room
The cheap table fan in the room was very noisy. When a replacement was requested, i was surprised to hear from the receptionist that there were no spare fans. A huge chain of hotels..and NOT EVEN ONE SPARE FAN! Or was the girl just too lazy or uninterested to look for another fan? Terrible. Noises from the street are very intrusive and disturb one's sleep. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad stay but the young girl receptionist should develop better customer service skills and not look like we are a disturbance in her day.

Quirky but delightful
For a rather cramped 5 floor hotel I really liked this hotel. Staff are friendly and responsive. Breakfast is in a slightly quirky basement but the food was good.

Cozy stay between the train station and old town
Just wanted an easy overnight close to the train station. Pleasantly surprised with the comfort and coziness. Excellent breakfast. Also close to old town and stary klepacz market. Will stay here again.

Great location, free safe, friendly staff and accommodating lovely breakfast, faults in room addressed very quickly. Low ceilings in room and my partner is 6ft4", no kettle in room or for hire, automatic light delay when using the stairs so it may it a little dangerous.

Woken at 7am daily by cleaning staff. Very bad drain smell in room. Comfy beds but curtains and deco was very dated & cheaply done. Lovely coffee bar downstairs. Wouldn't stay again due to noise

The location was great. It was a five minute walk to the Christmas Market. The staff was very pleasant and responsive. The breakfast buffet was typical European spread with plenty variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Within easy walking distance from all the main areas of interest. About 25 minutes walk from Wawel castle and the river Vistula. Plenty of park areas to walk around with plenty of park bench seats should you get tired. The city is kept clean and it was a joy to go walking along the edge of the river or through the parks, or to just walk around the city centre. Just be aware keep a look out for cyclists as they are everywhere, as are large tour groups who sometimes suddenly descend on you. My hotel room was without air conditioning and so was a little stuffy during a particularly hot spell in May, unless you opened a window which unfortunately also let in the street noise, but otherwise it was very pleasing and comfortable with a good assortment of food for breakfast. The hotel staff spoke English and were very pleasant and helpful.

Great location & cheap price
For a cheaper hotel it is very good. Excellent central location & very clean. If you want frills, pay more at another hotel! Breakfast average but adequate. Free safe & WiFi. Useful cafe on site open until 7pm & travel agent able to book trips. Found pillows too ‘flat’, otherwise no complaints. Would return.

No frills non thrills near old town
Not what we asked for or got, staff blamed Expedia, pictures on website misleading. No drawers, no chairs, no shelves. esthetically ugly, breakfast included but no fruit at all and all cold except hotdogs.

Great location at a great price
Took a chance on this hotel after looking on Trip advisor. The location was brilliant, close to the square and lots to see. Reception staff polite and helpful. Our rooms had been recently refurbished so were much nicer than shown on the pictures we had looked at. There was a good variety of food for breakfast but would have liked a bit more hot food as it was -13 most of the time we were there although our rooms were very warm .

Good location helpful stuff breakfast is simple
Arrived at 2300, and was little hard to find because the lights were off and the front is a coffee shop so was little confused, but figured it out. They should just keep some lights on at night. Stuff was very helpful. Location great very close to Central bus/train station and also close to old City, 1min from tram. Breakfast simple but fine, no eggs was biggest pron for me. Great value for money!

I arrived, checked in - which was great service, explaining everything i needed to know. Then i got the lift to the fourth floor and had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to the fifth floor outside onto the Balcony where my room was - very strange. The room/bathroom was clean and tidy. I should of requested a different room as I was a lone traveler and the room didn't feel the safest. Apart from the location of the room, everything else was fine. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast. Great stay if you want a decent cheaper alternative, just avoid room 524.

The location is great and the breakfast is very good. The staff wasn't always friendly though. Plus, the internet didn't work at all in our room, which was smaller than expected. When we asked for help, the answer was that there was nothing they could do!

Hotel so convenient to absolutely everywhere.
Excellent location close to main tourist spots, road not too busy, currently out of action at the moment anyway (last week in September 2017) as it's a dead end due to major road works at the end of the street. (A blessing in disguise). Reception staff very friendly but the staff down in the breakfast room not friendly at all, in fact quite bad. Experience 1:- simple request made at 09.00 anymore scrabbled egg likely to be made,(dining room stops serving at 10am like most hotels) answer was an aggressive and emphatic "No" and that was without her bothering lifting her head or eyes from her mobile phone, which she was clearly more interested in. Experience 2.:- Again at breakfast (this was a different day) I pointed out there was no English Breakfast tea amongst the otherwise good selection of other teas, response was "that's all there is" so not to be beaten I mentioned "but you sell it upstairs in your cafe" response a shrug of the shoulders. However, I must emphasise that all the other staff were brilliant, top marks.

Ideal for a Krakow city break.
The rooms are en-suite, clean, and serviced every day, includes a room safe. Ample furniture and storage with ample bathroom facilities. On four floors but there is an elevator. The TV has many channels but only two in English, both news. The breakfast in the basement is excellent. A toaster, two kinds of bread and cobs. A variety of types of coffee and tea, milk and cream. Four types of juice. A selection of jams and buiscuits. Hard and soft cheese, ham, boiled egg. Various other things I could not even recognize. Plenty of tables in two rooms. Downstairs there is a cafe, conservatory and a travel agent. A short walk to the Planty park, and the city centre is two blocks beyond. With all the facilities of a major city centre. I found four craft brew bars within a ten minute walk. Many gelaterias (ice cream) shops. The city centre square is about three blocks away. It is vast (200m x 200m). Constantly busy and entertaining. Two vast markets, one indoors (Cloth Hall) and one outside. A large outdoor stage, clock tower, fountain, two street food vendors. Excellent food and covered outdoor tables. More shops and cafes all around. My visit was August 2017. It was hot and sunny all day every day. Typically 28C. Finally, Scam warning - With Ryaniar check in is four days from flying - for airport check in they charge 240 Zlotys, about £53 or 48 Euros.

A weekend in Krakow
A great little hotel within a 5 minute walk of the main square. Rooms very basic but clean and tidy. The only downside was the weekend we went it was boiling and there is no A/C in the rooms Just a fan. This was particularly uncomfortable to sleep due to the temperature. Breakfast was very nice and the service was very good. I would recommend this hotel To people

Comfortable and clean. A bit tired in places but adequate for sleeping and showering, after all Krakow is a place you want to explore and not stay in your hotel.The staff were friendly enough. Location was good. Just a short walk from the old town square.Don't expect a grand breakfast as this was not too great but edible.

Clean and convenient
The hotel is within easy walking distance from the main train station and Rynik Główny. My room was basic but very clean and quiet, and there is an elevator. WiFi worked well. There were a couple of maintenance issues, especially a broken blind, and no view to speak of, but the price and convenience made it a good choice. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the basement breakfast room well decorated. The staff was efficient and courteous.
