Our fourth stay at this hotel and it was excellent as always. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff (especially Bart on reception) and a really good choice at breakfast and on the evening menu. The hotel is ideally located for shopping and sightseeing and we will definitely be back next December.

The hotel is small but the rooms are ideal for a mini break. The hotel reception staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a good selection of dishes and there was always a seat. We had a river view room which had a lovely aspect.

4 night stay in krakow for Christmas markets
Travelled as a group of 20 from start to finish friendly professional staff throughout the hotel, looked after us, special mention to Bart on reception who made made us all feel very welcome and even left a note with ideas and tips for the whole group to try. He was off the weekend and still took the time to do this showing, his professional to his job.

Not sure how this is a 3* hotel! Fantastic staff, great rooms. Rooftop terrace is incredible with views over the river and the breakfast included was great as well. Shout out to Bartosz with the 5* service from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back next year!

This is a great hotel situated in one of the best areas of Krakow, right by the Wawel castle and river. Staff are friendly and the rooftop bar has a great menu menu selection and view. Stayed 2 nights with my dog and it was a lovely experience

Fantastic Hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Amazing views over the river and right next to the castle so location was great. The rooftop bar was lovely and we had all our main meals up there. The pizzas were delicious. All staff were friendly, helpful and excellent. We’ll be back!

The property was the perfect location for seeing all of the old town. A stone's throw from the Wawel Castle. The Sky lounge on the hotel's top floor gave a great view of both the castle and river. Both stunning day and night. Open to non residents as well so can be busy on a sunny day. The reception staff (Bartosz) was simply brilliant. From lending an umbrella to booking a taxi. Super friendly and helpful all round. A walking Oracle if you can get a word in😂😂

60th Birthday Celebration
Stayed for 3 nights for a friends 60th Fab hotel in a great location the Manager Bart was fantastic he made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and we had a great view overlooking the river. The breakfast was continental but there was plenty to choose from with a couple of hot options as well. We are planning to go back in a couple of years for friends wife’s 60th as we loved Krackow so much and so we will definitely stay at this hotel as it was within easy walking distance of everything….. perfect

The staff at pod wawlem were some of the nicest people i have met. So friendly and willing to help with questions. Always professional. This hotel is a great place to stay. Very close to everything and very well maintained.

What a great spot for exploring an amazing city. This hotel is clean and comfortable with great facilities and the best skybar in the city. Loved watching the sun go down over the river woth a cold drink.

Lovely view of the river and castle from our bedroom. Hotel was in a very convenient location to explore the Old Town. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially the Reception staff and the staff who helped with breakfast. Fantastic views from the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The hotel is ideally located next to the river and castle but within easy walking distance of the main square. Rooms are simple but clean. Staff are pleasant and the roof top bar and restaurant is an ideal place to watch the world go by with a Zywiec or Wisniowka!!

Patryck who checked us in was amazing. Helped us talk to our excursions. So friendly and after a long trip it was what we needed. The restaurant was great had many cultural dishes. I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

6 day stay in Krakow
Stayed for 6 days to explore Krakow and the surrounding area.I could not fault the hotel very clean,attentive staff that were happy to go the extra mile to make the trip special. Amazing roof top bar and restaurant overlooking the river and castle with prices that you would struggle to find in any other city. Breakfast was really good with a selection of hot,cold sweet, savoury and fresh fruit. Good value and we plan to return to experience more Polish hospitality.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, but the reception was cheerful and checked us in no problem. The staff at the hotel were great. The room is a bit small but nice and clean. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The breakfasts were also very good. Overall excellent value for money and definitely recommended.

Great stay, amazing staff - really helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early and as we were checking out at 5am they have even prepared us little lunchboxes so we won't miss breakfast. Amazing views from top floor restaurant! The only thing is they need to pay more attention while cleaning rooms as we have had loads of spiderwebs above our bed!
