Terrific place to stay.
Lada Krabi Residence is a great hotel to stay in, very close to everything in Krabi Town Inc night markets, eating options, bus stop to Ao Nang etc. Rooms very comfortable with a/C, good beds, quiet rooms with good balcony space for sitting. Nice common indoor/outdoor area. Very safe, clean, good shower etc. Will definitely stay again.

Good choice for the town stay
Quick 5 days trip. Very clean n comfy room. The bed was amazing. DNT think I got up any days B4 noon. 2 mins walk to the food & fruit market. Where HALAL food available.

Not much to do around the hotel
Upon check in we had reserved 2 bedroom for 5 adults and showed the confirmation copy but the hotel only received 1 bedroom and the front desk lady was not helpful at resolving. She kept saying only 1 room and didn’t even try to help until we continued to tell her to call whoever to resolve the issue. There isn’t much to do near by this hotel. We took a bus to Ao Nang to enjoy the nightlife and restaurants.

Friendly staff and clean room.
Stayed for 1 night on route to elsewhere. We arrived and check-in was painless. I had booked a double room, we were given a room that would have easily slept 4 - 6 people. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overnight stay before island trip, perfect. Large very clean room for 2 adults and a child for a good price. Quiet, good air con, fridge, free water, etc. Quick check in and could purchase tours and boat transfer tickets - which are the same price all over town. Buffet breakfast was fine, but was not included. Other cafes close by if you just want something simple.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful friendly staff.
I have stayed at Lada Krabi Residence hotel each year for the last 4 years. The staff are exceptional and always greet you with a warm smile. The hotel is very clean and facilities are good for a short or long stay. The hotel is in a great location near the Day market and Night markets. Access to the airport and other beaches is also excellent. I would recommend this hotel for friendliness, location, safety and security.

idea for what we needed
We needed a one night stay before transferring to Ko Lanta the room was comfortable and clean. We didn't have the buffet breakfast there were lots of places along the street for a cheap good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged our taxi direct from the hotel to our hotel on Lo Lanta so we had no messing around getting the boat then another taxi on the island. Warning the taxi is a mini bus that was packed full with people and all their luggage and took awhile as it went and collected others. It was still good and met some nice people also traveling. I would recommend taking a drink nad snack as its quite a trip.

Located in the center of town
The front desk was friendly and the hotel location was great. The room was large in size and clean. The A/C was fine, the WiFi was slow, and the bed really uncomfortable. The bathroom was newer and modern, and I was impressed that the hotel installed a divider between the shower and toilet, as opposed to other hotels allowing the toilet to get wet from the shower. It was fairly quiet at night so no problems falling to sleep. The hotel will discount the taxi fare by 50 baht if booked at the front desk. Overall this hotel worked for a one night stay in Krabi Town.

Very comfortable stay
The hotel is very close to Black Crab statue and night market. 7 Eleven store is 100 meters away. The hotel staff was very helpful and got us good deals on tours and airport drop. The room has safe although small. They provide soap, shampoo, shower caps and ear buds in bathroom.

Close to Krabi city centre, clean room, good bed
We stayed here for only 1 day to catch an early plane to KL. Good location close to nice night market, river and temple. Room was OK but we needed to change rooms after we discovered that the aircon wasn't working. This was done without any complaint and we even got a room upgrade which was a really nice and huge room. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great base to begin or end your Thai stay
This was a one night stay with early flights out in the morning. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, with night markets immediately down stairs, this made last minute shopping ahead of leaving Thailand perfect. Any one requiring a budget stay wanting to be where all the action is would love this....not to forget nice and quite!

Really great service from the staff - helped us to organise our trips and getting to the ferry/airport. Room generally quite clean, cleaning service every day. Drainage in shower could be better. Overall enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

Good stay in Krabi
Lada Krabi was better than expected. Price and location was great. We spent our days on day trips so it was the perfect place to stay in Krabi. Reception was helpful with tour bookings. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel is plain and simple. It's just a bed and a big bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in excellent location. Walking distance to great places to shop, sightsee and Eat!!! The hotel is clean but not fancy at all. Extremely plain. But most of the time it's spent outdoors

I booked a taxi from the Hotel to pick us up from the airport a week before the departure. The agreed price was Thb400. We waited for 40 minutes at the pick up point, no taxi arrived!!! I booked another taxi from the Taxi Booking Counter at the pick up point. It costs only Thb350 to the Hotel!!! We wasted our time waiting for the booked taxi!!! Prices of food and others were not cheap at Krabi.

Room was very big and spacious. Hotel actually charged me more than what was stated in my online booking with Hotel.com. Hotel staff checked with Hotel.com and said it was Hotel.com mistake as they have overlooked the tax. According to the hotel staff, Hotel.com will refund the difference to me. Have not received any news or confirmation about this. Hope the hotel staff was not entertaining me. Other than this, the stay was pleasant, the hotel staff very helpful and nice. This hotel is clean and safe. Highly recommended for family stay.

The hotel is close to the centre of Krabi. Our room was spacious enough. The bedroom was sparklingly clean, but the bathroom floor was littered with many long black hairs. There were 300 television channels, but not a single one in English. There was a lot of noise during the night from returning guests and the reception area - which we were directly above. Krabi town has a lot of new hotels. Next time we would try somewhere else.

Excellent Transit Experience
We were in Krabi Town for only 1 night before our flight the next day. This hotel was excellent for that purpose. The room was ample in size and while not luxurious it was clean and updated. It is within close proximity to the night market (however that is only open a few days a week). Right down the street by the water is a great area of popup food vendors for excellent, cheap street food. The hotel has a great service for going to the airport that is very affordable.

Very clean rooms in a convenient location, we stopped over here before taking a ferry to phi phi. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and even called pick up bus on our behalf with no charge. Would and will stay here again.

We are travelling with a 3 years old kid and arrived the hotel around 08:30hrs, upon request the hotel staff give a room to allow the kid to take nap. Hotel staff help us to arranging all our local tour.

Good Location, Free Wifi but Awful Room Location.
The hotel was in a convenient location right in the centre of Krabi Town however, the room they gave me was awful. My Room was on the 1st floor with no view from the window of anything and right by the elevator and stairs. My Room had this balcony ledge thing outside my window and some of the staff would stand on it and smoke. I could hear everything that was being said in the reception area and the reception was busy right up until the early hours of the morning. The hotel was noisy due to it having tiled floors everywhere. The sink tap in my room did not work. The hotel staff continually throughout my stay tried to hard sell their tours to me (they were expensive) and their taxi service. On the plus side, the room was clean, a Kettle with tea and coffee was provided, the air con worked well and the room had free fast Wifi which worked the whole time I was there. The Krabi night markets are fantastic. May and Marks cafe on a corner near the hotel was also a fantastic place to have coffee, drinks and lunch.
