The free breakfast was pretty much unedible. Staff seemed indifferent especially one particular maid was outright rude. By far the most unpleasant stay so far after 5 weeks in Thailand.

Cozy place had poor staff, the owner was not at the lobby for an hour and we waited in the lobby and almost missed out tour was leaving because we could not put our bags in the room. The towels were poor and the bed had only one blanket. However, the room cleaner was very nice and had a good interactions with her.

Great location with a very friendly and helpful staff. I made a pre-request to be accommodated in the most quiet room possible, so they put me on the top floor at the end of the hall. Just perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

Very happy with our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. A lovely clean hotel and a wonderful pool area to relax and cool down. Well situated with only a 5 min walk into main street / lake etc. Breakfast was included. Simple eggs/bacon/toast/fruit but perfect amount to get you through to lunch. Would definitely return! Thank you for having us!

its is a very basic hotel/room,that to that even tea bags are not available in room,so again very basic hotel,yes it is just a corner away to a busy high street,so if need just a room to put ur head for night,that be all.

A nice place to stay for a few nights
We stayed at Krabi Cozy Place before heading to Ao Nang. It is a clean hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is very close to everything in Krabi Town and walking distance to the night markets which are on a Friday and Saturday night and worth a visit. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and a good size.

Staffs ok but owner is very unfriendly.
Room is enough for two people. All the rooms are have a balcony, bathroom is just ok. No hair conditioner no toothbrush no toothpaste you should bring it.

Hotel roo m okay, Balcony large.Downside staff very unhelpfully and rude. Breakfast eggs raw or overcooked. Staff would not help us when mini bus was very late eventually said would phone but wanted 50 baht to make a local call to agent. Local bus rip tourist on price if they can. Watch out for Tuk Tuk always rip you off. Do not take anything for granted if you book a boat it maybe a crowed mini bus

Convenient for a stopover
Hotel is clean and the pool is amazing to beat the heat in the middle of the day. Yes, the front desk staff is a little rude and no, you'll never be allowed to check in early but it's a 5 minute walk from the weekend night market and the songthaew drops off right outside basically to/from Ao Nang and the bus stop. Good soup right at the end of the alley and close to everything.

Bad hotel and service, breakfast was half a cup of burnt coffee and burnt toast, when I asked for more coffee, girl wanted 20 BHT for more coffee. Demand deposit for umbrella. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Well located self service hotel
The hotel is perfectly located right around the corner from most of the action. There is, however, no service and the breakfast is a poor toast and coffee served to a schedule administered with military rigidity. Most of the other services available (bikes, taxis, airport drops etc) can be arranged for by the guest in the town at much lower cost. All told however, one must concede that the location of the hotel makes it a reasonable choice.

AMAZING!
By far my favorite hotel during my trip thus far. The rooms are retrofitted shipping containers but you would never know it from the inside. Very clean and cozy feel! Staff was amazing.. restaurant on site serving tasty food and delicious (real) coffee. Great location off the beaten path which was quite relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Good hotel
Hotel in good quiet location can walk everywhere around town easily. Brekky is 3 slices of toast. Was nice & relaxing sitting on balcony in afternoon with a cool drink! However catch taxi from airport to hotel as local bus will drop u in town & if u don't know town u won't find hotel! If we went to krabi again we would stay at hotel again.

Comfortable and great location
Very comfortable beds and the best nights sleep i had the entire holiday. Also hotel is very convieniently located in central krabi meaning excellent hassle free links to onward travel and the bars and restaurants of krabi are all in easy reach. would recommend

Located in a quiet residential area, sleeping with the balcony door open is possible. Night markets, shops and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly reception by the manager. Large, very clean and well equipped room. Refreshing pool in the courtyard. Breakfast is served for a small fee

Très bon accueil, souriant et disponible pour nous rendre service. Hôtel très propre, grande chambre au calme avec vue sur la piscine et accès direct. Très proche de la rue centrale, du marché de nuit et du port mais dans une rue très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
