Great stay in Kotor. Svetlana was a perfect host and provided lots of great information about the apartment and area. Even lent us Euros and provided us direction for covid info.

The sea-view apartment we stayed in has awesome views of the bay and is spacious. The host is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet but feels pretty safe.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with room as described. NO SEA VIEW room on ground floor near main road meant we couldn't open bedroom window to get air and also meant shutters remained closed for privacy.Air con was sited above entrance door and not in either bedroom or living area therefore non effective.

Lovely studio flat, great for a family of three. Perfect location with stunning views of the Bay of Kotor, and a balcony to enjoy it from. Location is Dobrota, 10 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town and conveniently close to a supermarket and bakery. The owner Svetlana is wonderful and always ready to help. If we returned to Montenegro, we'd definitely use these apartments again.

Great when staying a few days.
A great place to stay 4 km out of Kotor. Our host was super friendly, providing fresh coffee in the morning, booking a boat tour and advice on things to do. A lovely small balcony, a spacious common terrace and a kitchen in our suite. Free on-site parking. A wonderful location for doing day trips.

Spectacular view
The apartment was perfect for our family, spectacular view of Kotor sea and mountain, sleep very comfortable, our host was welcoming and very attentive to us. Will sure recommend this place to anyone.

i love the terrace of this property overlooking the bay of kotor. a little dated with sofa and bathroom need updating. overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We had a really lovely time staying here. The bay of Kotor is so beautiful! This apartment is really lovely and the views are absolutely unbelievable!! You cant beat it. The family that live here are wonderful and couldn't have been anymore helpful and welcoming. The location is great although it is at least a 45 minute walk to the old town. We had an 8 year old so we got taxis which were around 4 Euro. its a beautiful walk though along the water and if it was just me and my husband we wouldn't have minded. there are lots of lovely restaurants on the water front. there are loads of lovely areas to swim and the water is so calm and crystal clear. we came here after visiting Dubrovnik in Croatia. we got a bus and I would definitely recommend doing both countrys in 1 trip. Montenegro exceeded out expectations and we had a fantastic time. Don't hesitate to book this apartment!

Lovely couple!
The couple WHO runs this place is wonderful! They take care of their guests in the best way. They have useful information about everything in Montenegro. Our children loved them and the view from the terrace is marvellous!

Pokoje z przepięknymi widokami.
Bardzo przyjemne miejsce w cichej okolicy ze wspaniałym widokiem z tarasu. Zostaliśmy zameldowani w pokoju, który miał do dyspozycji prywatny taras z przepięknym widokiem na Zatokę Kotorską oraz leżakami i stolikiem. Pokój przestronny, toaleta czysta i zadbana. Gospodarz służy pomocą i jest niesamowicie uprzejmy. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Sjarmerende leilighet
Leiligheten var liten, men med en veranda med plass til 4. Nydelig utsikt å spise frokost til. Veldig hyggelig vertinne. Gode senger, rent og pent!

Inte vad vi hade förväntat oss!
Ser bättre ut på bilderna och fakta om detta boende stämmer inte. Vi blev placerade i källarlägenheten som fuktigt och kallt så alla kläder var fuktiga. Du får gå 5 km till Kotor stad via en bil trafikerad strandpromenad eller ta taxi.Kotor och Kotorbukten är väldigt vackert.

This hotel has a spectecular view. Rooms are big enough and clean. Neighborhood is so quite and just 3 km to oldtown. Svetlana is really helpfully and kindly person.By the way everything was perfect.

Como si llegaras a casa de tus amigos, asi te sientes. Nos estaban esperando y de inmediato nos ofrecieron una copa , café o refresco. De lo mas amables la pareja de dueños del lugar. La habitación amplia , limpia y con una vista espectacular. Muy recomendable. Por la temporada en que fuimos (octubre) los pocos restaurantes cercanos cerrados , pero está en auto muy cerca varias opciones. Si vas a Dubrovnik es mejor continuar la carretera que pasa por la Virgen de las rocas, que regresar y tomar la opción del ferry para atravesar. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar.

很温馨的民宿
大概是因为价格还不错，所以我们预定了最大的一个房间，这样活动空间大一点。房间有一个大厨房和客/餐厅，做饭吃饭非常方便。有三个房间，足够8个人入住，一个房间是双床，一个是大床+单人床，一个是大床+双层床，尽管我们没那么多人。酒店布置很温馨，房间自带一个大阳台，面对大海，风景很好。还有一个公共的阳台，面积更大，甚至可以BBQ。房间带有洗衣机，方便洗衣服。主人就住在边上，人非常好，提供了很多便利和信息。提供免费的停车。尽管这里不在老城，但是离老城并不算远。

Bra verdi for pengene.
Vanskelig å finne fram til hotellet da flere av leilighetshotellene ligger langs veien og er skiltet til med lite skilt når bilene kjører fort forbi. Slet med å finne personalet da vi ankom selv om i hadde gitt beskjed om når vi skulle komme. Rommet var større enn forventet og med egen terasse. Noen insekter på rommet og sengen var lite behagelig. Hyggelig personal. Ikke et hotell med rengjøring, nye håndklær eller frokost, men det var ikke langt å gå for å finne frokostservering på et hotell i nærheten. Litt slitt leilighet og ingen ventilasjon på badet. Likevel var leiligheten grei da vi ikke brukte så mye tid inne likevel. Vi hadde leiebil og fikk parkere utenfor leilighetene. Det tok 5-10 minutter å kjøre til Kotor sentrum med bil. Hadde ikke bodd her dersom vi ikke hadde bil tilgjengelig. Rensligheten kunne vært noe bedre, men man får en del for pengene. Terrassen på taket var veldig bra. Fin utsikt.

Amazing view with incredible hospitality
I stayed here two nights and this apartment has been the highlight of our trip. The view from the terrace is one of the best in Kotor. The owners are warm and friendly, always ready to make your stay comfortable. A local bus station is nearby. If you want to spend a relaxing time outside the hustle and bustle of kotor, this is the place to be. Amazing view!
