Average hotel, old building, no wifi at all, breakfast very bad. The breakfast is better at the shops beside the hotel. Overpriced for the overall conditions, on top of the additional tourism tax

Transit overnight for flights
The hotel provides free airport shuttle which is very efficient & timely. The hotel however is dated although the rooms are adequate size and acceptable for transit stay. The reception staff is very efficient and polite. The lobby however smells like a leaking toilet and mothballs used to stifle the smell but not successful. Apart from that all good for our stay.

Okay place to stay close to the airport
The room was nice and mostly clean. There was a melted chocolate on the nightstand when we checked in, but I wiped that up and threw it away. My biggest complaint was the wifi, which was free, but was not available in the rooms, only in public areas. This is not what I expected when I saw "free wifi" on the listing. The staff we're courteous. The airport shuttle was free and on time, they even gave us a little bad with a bottle of water and a snack for our early morning flight. You can walk to some stores and restaurants and a beach.

For a one night stay to catch a flight the next morning,it is ok. Breakfast, well I woudn;t bother. It is a 2 star hotel so, so a 2 star quality is all you got. A good point is, it's close to the airport.

Wifi was NOT available in the room...power socket is too far from bed...cleanliness was okay, but not duly updated in terms of comfort of using electronic devices in the room.

Afforadable hotel and convenient airport shuttle
A small town near tanjung aru area with various dining choice, including Chinese cuisine, Malay cuisine and KFC. Some of them are 24 hrs. Most remarkable is hotel’s airport shuttle service and morning call.

Poor breakfast and not many choice as stated .
Requested if possible city drop and reply was unprofessional. Breakfast was terrible. Ommelete empty, baked beans empty and have to asked to get it refill.

Very convenient from the airport. Best thing is that they offer free airport shuttle both ways. We stayed as a transit hotel between our late arrival and early departure the next day. We had to leave the hotel at 4:30 AM and they packed breakfast for us, which was very considerate!

Decent transit hotel
This hotel is relatively near to airport. I would consider staying here on transit only, due to its location and complimentary shuttle transfer that is provided. Other than that , no other attraction since it is far from city. As a transit hotel, I would recommend this place, staff courteous and helpful

A Nice Budget Hotel
My friend and I were traveling on budget, and only needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staffs were also flexible - we needed to leave by 0630 in the morning, and they made us take-aways for breakfast as the kitchen want opened yet.

The manager(s) of this hotel give the impression that we do not care much if you stay here or not stay here; it is just "up to you". I was actually given a superb room with sea view but still NO wifi, NO small fridge, limited Cable tv channels and simply "AWFUL INEDIBLE BREAKFAST" (except for coffee and toast. This leaves me wonder what "real effort does it take" to improve on these points. This hotel could easily double the rates it currently charges and still get very good reviews, if only "very minor changes are implemented". So figure the logic which governs the minds of the manager(s) if you can!

it is a nice hotel but for some reason stops short. ie no wifi in the rooms a decent breakfast but served cold and no fresh fruit ie in serving warmers but no heat. cold eggs?? yuck cold fired rice and noodles?

Not recommended, but hotel is not terrible.
Somewhat run-down hotel with spartan rooms with NO fridge, NO in-room safe, old flat-screen tube tv and the worst part of this hotel is there NO in-room WIFI plus the WIFI at the reception works "sporadically" and the included "buffet breakfast" was barely edible (I am sure it would be un-edible for picky eaters). The best part of my stay was the airport pick-up service by an attentive staff members. I emphasis attentive before the rest of staff members do not seem to care at all (clearly wanting to be "somewhere else").

It's great that the hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle services to and from the hotel. The breakfast selections are not that good - white bread, stir fried noodles which is very greasy, fried rice, scramble eggs, sausage and canned beans.

The hotel was nice, lots of nice quote. But the breakfast is the same everyday and the wifi could be used. If there is some upgrade on the food and Wi-Fi, it would be an wonderful experience and mostly recommended to all.

Free airport transfer, restaurants and grocery shops just in walking distance, friendly staffs, clean and comfy room, very nice! And also they prepared simple sandwich and water for me before the shuttle bus took off at 4am The room may not look very modern, but still it's comfortable and clean
