"Air con failed on first night. Couldn’t be fixed by overnight staff. Manager sorted in morning by moving us rooms. Good solution but really poor sleep on first night left us fairly tired"

"Amazing location near to the centre square in old town Kos. Lovely spacious, clean, comfortable beds lovely laundry. And a washing machine and kitchenette. Incredible value for money. Lockers provided for a late check out. They set you up for success Well done them."

"Stayed in a panorama room on 3rd floor and it was excellent. We did 4 night’s here as the starting point to our island hop. The room was kept clean and had good amenities including a coffee machine, two tvs, a sofa, fridge, facilities for making a brew, a very large comfy bed and the most comfortable sunbeds to soak up the rays and enjoy the amazing views of the marina. It was literally a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry terminal for our onward journey and a few minutes to the busier areas of town where the bars, shops and tavernas are. I would very much recommend this hotel"

"This little hotel, only 15 minutes walk from the beach, is in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel staff were kind, friendly and helpful, demonstrating that sense of Greek hospitality to be found in such lovely places!! Breakfast was a delicious and abundant assortment of fresh vegetables and the most wonderful cheeses and pastries!! The air conditioning worked brilliantly and the bed and pillows were especially delightful after a busy day of travelling!!"

"Very friendly and efficient members of staff everywhere: reception, bar area, restaurant. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view. Nice and clean. Breakfast was something to look forward to. Enough choice to satisfy everyone. Complex is situated 25 minutes walk from Kos old town. Bike rental just outside the hotel. Lovely beach but you have to pay for sunbeds €5. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"Reception staff incredibly helpful and attentive. The young man who does the beach service also very helpful. Alvi, Stefani, Alexandra and Immi again very helpful. The hotel is lovely would highly recommend as it’s close enough to get into Kos town but far away to be peaceful. Wonderful holiday Helen and Hohn Fearon"

"Check in was by phone call and we did not have mobile coverage lucky the wifi password was posted and we could use WhatsApp. Fridge did not work and was hot to touch other than that things were fine"
