"First time visiting Dusseldorf and as ever you learn as you go. The welcome at the hotel was perfect. Very warm and caring. The room was great, large and extremely comfortable. Lovely lounge seating area, desk and huge bed. The shower was very high pressure and did the trick after long walks around Dusseldorf. "Awful experience! The door lock was visibly broken and wouldn’t lock! It wouldn’t lock! Large flies in the washroom… that’s when we decided to leave. Huge stains on the carpet, finger prints all over the windows and a very sketchy neighborhood. We walked out… and lost 4 nights prepaid hotel.
