Very friendly staff
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always trying to make the stay pleasent for you. However, some guests were abusing the friendliness of Thai hosts, putting loudspeakers outside the rooms for an example. It was a problem of some lizards (I think it was a lizard) that was leaving daily it’s excrements in the room. I am not sure if something can be done about, probably it is a cost of staying close to the nature.

Perfect location I could walk out my door straight to the pool, pool bar, beach and lounging area.My room was huge and amazing. Staff was friendly and professional would definitely recommend a stay here.The restaurant closed early around 7 or 8 PM but great restaurants are across the street.

The property was beautiful. The beach was perfect. White fluffy sand and clear water! Nice to have the option for the pool as well. Staff were extremely kind and always helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Loved it here!

Centrally located and a reasonable price. Rooms were great and staff were beautiful. We were offered an upgrade a few days into our stay, but declined as we were fully happy with the room we had. Even on our early morning checkout to catch the ferry., the staff had prepared us breakfast boxes, filled with fruit, drinks and eateries for the trip! Just so wonderful.

Nice hotel, lacks small details
Generally a nice hotel. Only downfall was that you needed the metal key inserted for air conditioning and lights etc. This meant that returning to your room in the daytime, you would not be greeted with a cold room. There was help for your baggage on arrival but not for leaving which was disappointing.

Beach was beautiful but very short. During high tide water comes right up to the wall. Chase lounges were in great condition. Pool was delightful. Not deep enough to dive. Waitstaff are very helpful when you get their attention but not too attentive. The room was gorgeous. The air conditioning works really well. I would definitely go back.

Not enough flexibility for 4 star hotel.
The hotel is lovely. all clean, friendly staff. re pool towels they are quite funny, they will give u kind of token to get towel in the pool,but if u left it in the room you will not get the towel. a bit wired. I got to the pool and just took a towel the staff member literally run after me and raised her voice. i have asked her to back off and not to bother me again re the token. you can't get even water to the pool area, since they want u to buy from there. So in order to go to the beach u need to cross the pool. I had a bottle of Ciders in my hand. the staff member run after me and told me I can't get it into the pool area I explained that i going to the beach and leave me alone. In the Breakfast I took few items for my daughter since she slept in. so the manager asked me not to take out any food from the restaurant. they have few more rules that are ridicules that make me feel in high School camp.

Sweet but a bit noisy
Nice boutique hotel with clean rooms. We had the room with the private pool which was also with warm what we heated. Only but was a bit the noise level from the base of the sourounding clubs

Great boutique hotel!
Wonderful 2 night stay. Staff most pleasant n accommodative. The morning buffet spread was very much to our liking. Great morning views of the sunrise. Away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng area. Half hour walk from.the Food Court where we had good seafood. Just diagonally across Restaurant NOI. Most pleasant stay.

Beautiful quaint boutique hotel by the sea!
Did a 2 night most pleasant stay. Staff were very attentive. We had a couple of issues during our stay which were taken care straightaway. A request of a tour to their duplex and sunrise suites during our checkout were done quite immediately. My girlfriend just love it and will return to use them with her family. Indeed pretty impressed with their suites. It is situated away from the hustle & bustle part of Chaweng beach. Indeed a beautiful place to watch suns rise each morning.

Great Place
As the name says, it's a "Boutique Hotel", which suited us fine. We stayed for 17 nights during the low season so it was not crowded. The location at the quiet end of the beach gives you plenty of options, it's a short walk to the busier area if you want to party but quiet and relaxed if you just want to relax. Great little restaurants over the road. The staff are very friendly, our room was great. We had one issue with our toilet that was fixed within minutes of reporting it. Highly recommend!

Best boutique hotel in Koh Samui
This is the best hotel I ever stayed in in Koh Samui Yui at front desk Chq Inn great help her smile from sun up at breakfast and the best cleaning staff ...all ways say hello and the smiles ..from the bar staff drinks To fresh. Towels service all ways happy ... all the staff make me fell like it's home ..I have been back to the hotel over 7 times now and will go back again ...the beach right out the back . Good pool ..massage on the beach ..snacks at the pool great size fresh ...

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and near to beach
I spent a wonderful holidays with my family. The staff is really friendly and they try to make you feel at home. I loved the swimming poll which connect directly with the beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel does not have many room so it is not crowded and there is not noise. The location is really good, with restaurants and shops nearby.

Fantastic hotel close to the action in Chaweng
Great experience in this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, the facilities (pool/beach club) were super and the room was absolutely beautiful. Large bath tub is the main feature and the the comfortable bed on the mezzanine above was huge. Overall, very difficult to find any faults with the room. The hot water tap for the bath takes a long time to fill but that's a minor concern. The shower and bathroom is all top notch! Would recommend to anyone!

Awesome, friendly hotel that is on the beach!
Great, friendly, and reasonably-priced hotel. I stayed in a deluxe boutique room, which had a queen-sized bed, featured a large washroom with rain shower option. 3 bottles of complimentary water were offered, and enough toiletries such as shampoo, iron, cotton swabs, mini-fridge, tv, and Arctic-cold AC. It's about a 25 minute walk to the Samui mall, but you've got many restaurants, Family Mart, and 7-11 right outside the hotel's front door.

Would definitely stay again, the staff are fantastic and the hotel is located at the quieter end of Chaweng beach. But. Due to the redevelopment of the beach terrace, there is no beach access until complete. A small and brief inconvenience for a really nice hotel.

Amazing!!! They are doing construction right now on beach access but our stay was still amazing and they are very very accommodating. Highly recommend the jacuzzi suite as you get a perfect view of the sunrise.

Unfortunately our stay here was cut short. We booked this room when we already in Thailand only a couple day before arriving in Koh Samui. After checking in we were informed that the beach was not accessible and we would be welcome to use the beach at another hotel. The wall and staircase leading down to the beach had recently been damaged by waves and since major construction was going on it is blocked off and unsafe to use. The last thing we expected on our beach vacation was the sound of a back hoe working all day by the pool and to be brought to another hotel to use THAT beach. The hotel and room seemed lovely but the construction zone was unwelcoming and we chose to get our money back stay at another hotel.

Upon checking in was notified a surge wave has taken out our section of the beach which would be closed during our stay. They quickly gave us vouchers for food, drink etc.... and if course the option to stay or look somewhere else or at their sister hotel. My friend and I decided to stay. This staff is amazing. Always looking after us and our well being. They made our stay in Samui great. I highly recommend this hotel. If our beach was usable they would of had 5 stars across the board.

Chic boutique hotel in great location.
Great location at quiet end of Chaeweng Beach. Distinctive rooms with bath and mezzanine floors. Lovely staff who were extremely helpful and charming at all times. Good breakfast.

It was raining terribly throughout the stay. Too bad the facilities within the hotel is limited, no spa nor indoor recreational activities. It can be quite boring. We had to settle for the nearby spa outside the hotel. It was good that they have quite a selection of dvds to keep guest entertained.
