"The property is very safe and nice. Its located on the water and the staff is excellent. If your a light sleeper it can be a little noisy because it is near the docks but overall great hotel stay!"

"Bit of a rocky start as when we arrived at the property it was deserted. No guests, no staff, Christmas decorations still up in mid February. After 30 minutes of waiting around a staff member arrived and seemed confused that we had a booking. They put us in a room that we didn’t book. We booked the big bus but we were given a regular room.
