The facility and service aren’t so bad but the internet was so unstable. If you’re looking for a place to do your online activities in, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, rude staff.
The grand annex room was very nice. One of the front check in staff was rude, but the other staff were all very nice.

Nice room although a bit small. Newer hotel so nice features such as plenty of outlets for charging devices and an in-room multi-device charger provided as well.

Good location, plenty of dining nearby. Room was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was really good and available early, so we could get a early start

Out of the way for a tourist.
Okay for a reasonable price and the beds were surprisingly good, though they seemed very hard at first sight. The city had a nice old part, we managed to find after advice from a clever receptionist at the hotel

15時チェックインなのに、まだ清掃が終わっていないということで20分ほど待たされました。 何度も利用しているのですが、初めてのことでした。 GW中だったこともあり、忙しかったのだとは思いますが、時間でチェックインしているので、そこだけは残念に思いましたが、お気に入りのホテルなのでまた利用します。
