The property was incredible clean and tidy. The bed was large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and bar, so overall a nice hotel. Only complaint was the check-in and especially check-out process took a long time. Having two people at the reception would have helped a lot.

The only reason we would not give it a 5 is that the air conditioning was not on yet and it was extremely warm in the room. They did provide a small fan which did help. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

New property, well designed plenty of space for a city hotel. For personal preference beds were a little too low and soft.

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance from shops and the 'old town'. Staff were great, particularly Tengo in the bar who had some great recommendations. They don't allow motorcycles in their garage for some reason, but allow you to park around the back of the hotel for free. It seemed safe and secure enough, but the garage would have been more convenient. Only other thing is finding the place for the first time. Local building work has the road closed at one end, access is through what appears to be a pedestrian zone. This could have been made clear at booking.

Perfect for a quick overnighter. We checked in late no problem. Beds were firm and comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Front desk placed a call for us being very helpful.

New hotel near the old town. Good sized room, with good space beyond the beds, plus a work desk. Separate toilet and shower stalls. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices (although mainly cold).

Would stay here again.
We stayed here for one night prior to our Rhine River Cruise. The town is beautiful. The hotel was outstanding. Room was clean, updated. Staff was excellent.

Well located, modern hotel
A friendly, modern hotel. Very well situated in the old town of Koblenz, with just a short walk to the main squares, cable car and Deutsches Eck. Good selection of food at breakfast. Very efficient staff and no queues.

Friendly reception Easy smooth check in, nice clean rooms. Breakfast was chaotic basically a free for all no checking of room numbers you also have to book a time slot for breakfast a first for me.

We would love to stay again!
We loved our stay, it was very comfortable, clean and breakfast was excellent! They have bike lockers in their courtyard. Staff was friendly and organised. Good value.

The hotel looks really cool and is perfectly located, close to everything and yet very quiet. Every person on the staff was great, parking was easy, breakfast was very good, the rooms are very clean - the cleaning staff were so considerate and right there with any request, they were the best. However we had problems logging onto the internet every day for a week, over and over, at all times of the day and night, which made many things difficult. Maybe it’s fine for visitors with German cell phones, but we had no problem in several other hotels im Germany. We could only make calls in the room by standing in a corner near the window and holding the phone up high, and local people complained they could not hear us properly. We had to log on with each device not once or twice but several times a day, and then not all devices worked anyway. Then when we did get online it was so slow. After a few days we went to the mall across the street for hours to take care of business. So it’s an excellent choice for people who don’t need to be on the internet. Great staff though! We will be happy to return when the WiFi works as it should.

Modern city hotel - good for a stay!
Very nice decorated hotel in a modern style. Also the room was quite well thought. Very quiet area so you'll get a good sleep. Overnight parking was 12 Euros which is fair. Good breakfast option even in Corona times with lots of obligations for the properties.
