We had a fantastic two weeks stay it was so relaxing Beautiful beach and surrounded by jungle Sea was crystal clear and calm Service was very good Beach front bungalows could be updated though

Think twice
Booked the hotel because of Beach, AC, free parking (that was the filter) got a email with special instructions "ony way to go there is by 4x4" so i called the hotel and the agree to cancel for a full refund but hotels.com had to call them. later hotel.com told me no the don't agree and no refund. So think 2 times if you go there YOU ARE TO 100% UP FROM THEM !! you eat what the have you pay what the ask and if the are in bad mud you can not go out !!

First, you must inform first that this customer is not staying with us. And call us that if canceled, do not refund him He will write bad things for us. Customers cancel last minutes, we have to charge according to the cancellation rules. We tried to offer him but he didn't accept. And we don't have anyone to insist on giving back. Because this person has talked to the manager. and was reported to be non-refundable. The resort, we work professionally. Customers come to stay with us very happy. Beautiful beach, lovely, polite staff. Our accommodation is located in a natural, beautiful, peaceful place, and is a beach that people frequently come to organize weddings. have the opportunity to invite you to use our services

Hotel is right on the beach..we stayed on the beach front bungalows..amazing..staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you..2-3 nice restaurants on the beach which were lovely at night..the best beach I’ve been to in Thailand! Can’t recomm enough!

Bottle Beach is the Best! ❤️
We can’t say enough positive things about a Bottle Beach! Location is private/secluded, very peaceful! Getting there is either by taxi and then longboat OR contact the resort and arrange a truck to meet you at the pier for a fee. Beach is beautiful, good for swimming, not so much for snorkeling. Cottages are spacious and clean. Wifi is good. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is delicious. BUT the best part of Bottle Beach is the staff! Hardworking from morning till night and happy the whole time! Loved them all and was sad to leave. Will be back!

Extremely rude staff - dated rooms.
The staff here are extremely rude - especially reception staff. Surly and unwilling to help! Once here you're trapped unless you pay exorbitant taxi and boat rates in and out. Go to bottle beach for the day. DO NOT STAY!

Amazing, could have stayed for longer!
Spent a 3 nights at Bottle beach one and it was great! We stayed in a fab room which we found fine for the beginning of July, the room was big and the beds were comfy and the view straight out to the beach was amazing! I would definitely reccomend paying the little extra for sea view! The staff were all very friendly, always got a smile on their face. The restaurant was good too, lots to choice from, everything we had was delicious and the price was very reasonable! We were expecting it to be expensive given that the location is so remote but we're pleasantly surprised to find that wasn't the case! All in all would reccomend to anyone coming to Koh Phangan that fancies a few days relaxing!

pleasant hotel near a lovely secluded beach
I enjoyed my stay . Bottle beach is a beautiful and quiet beach . It can only be accessed by boat .The staff were most helpful and the food was quite satisfactory . Its a pity the rooms were only serviced every third day though -

Avoid this disgusting hotel
My friends and I booked this hotel for 5 nights which was a big mistake. We had 4 bungalows. In three of them the hotel staff refused to provide with face towels, bed sheet for the blanket, water glasses. In my bungalow they gave me a blanket only in the third day when I started shouting at the receptionist. The hotel is far away from the civilized places in Koh Phangan. Only 4x4 cars can reach the place and the taxi drivers at the pier refused to take us there. During the second day a heavy rain started and did not stop for the rest of our stay. The hotel charged us for the transport to the pier but they took us there late at night instead early in the morning because they needed to renovate the road this day. They left us without drinking water and food. Because of their lies this day and no effective action we missed our booking for the ferry to Koh Samui as well as the booking for the hotel there. The staff were very arrogant, unfriendly and useless. Their behavior towards us was insulting and irrespectful. In the darkness we had to walk in the deep river and muddy road uphill, in the poring rain, so that we were very happy when we finally managed to escape from this place. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Beach front with miserable girls on reception
Basic but cheap bungalow in front of a beautiful quite beach. I spent 3 nights there with my fiancé . It is a quite place, only a few restaurants attached to resorts on the beach I probably would not return to this resort because the room facilities are too basic, but I feel like it still offered reasonable value for money at around £30p/n It was the girls on the front desk what really turned me off. The opposite of Asian hospitality. After 24 hours there I did everything possible not to spend any money there.

Nice hotel, far away from anything
This hotel is perfect, if you don't want to leave the resort. Too far away from civilization, only way to get about is a boat taxi - however the water is so choppy and you will feel unsafe. Other option is a taxi but it's extremely bumpy in the jungle for a good twenty minutes. The hotel is beautiful.

Best beach to be at in pangan!
We stayed for 3 nights at bottle 1. The beach is one of the nicest to visit in pangan especially if you're looking for peace, quite and amazing feel. The resort is the most luxe in bottle beach, staff nice and helpful, can arrange transport if needed . The only less good thing is that our bungalow wasn't right on the sea side - those were the best

The location of the bungalow right on the sand is amazing yet the staff and service was terrible, would not stay there again, very unfriendly, rude and lazy. The bathroom was of poor standard for the price per night.

Eveything beautiful! The beach is great and te bungalow in the beach is terrific!! Negative side os they do not do cleaning every dayand te bathroon is not very confortable... The location, people ay the hotel and breakfast excellent!!

-Booked including breakfast: we had to fight for our free breakfast -2 beds , 1 sheet 1 blanket. No more available - we found out the bartenders were smoking pot dat and night: orders were forgotten and always your fault for not ordering right! -waited for diner almost two hours -personell is from birma. Thai people are a lot friendlier

One of the very few hideaway places left on Koh Pangan. Great for a getaway with classic beautiful beach. And this is the best place on the beach without any doubt!

We are a young light traveling couple who stayed here during full moon party (3 days) and we rented the beach hut with no a/c ( Basic room) Pros -Blown away with how beautiful the view and resort were -Probably best beach on the island -Pool was nice and clean -Food was tasty -Loved our beach hut (basic but clean) -Taxi service (waiting for us at the pier) Cons -Service is slow at times -Hour ride from anywhere (we didn't mind too much) Highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't need to be close to the full moon and anyone looking for a beautiful beach resort. For the more comfortable travelers I would recommend a deluxe room as the beach hut is hot during the day and pretty basic

Friendly and welcoming in an ideal location.
The hotel staff will bend over backwards to accommodate guests. Breakfast choice is limited so can get a bit boring. Rooms are well kept but make sure you take supplies to combat bugs!

Beautiful beach getaway
Remote, scenic and relaxing. Worth the trip (may cost between 200-400 baht), and although bottle beach really only has the resorts and guest houses, it isn't too crowded and has soft sands framed by a rocky jungle coast.

Bottle Beach Revisited
I have visited Bottle Beach many times over 20 years and although it has been modernized greatly in essence it is still the same beautiful tranquil relaxing friendly perfect place its always been. If it's complete relaxation you're looking for this is the place. The staff are super mellow and friendly without being overtly attentive ...allowing you to enjoy your holiday. Great staff, beach, food & massage!

Best spot I found in Thailand. Highlight of trip
I visited many different islands and beaches in Thailand and this was by far my favourite. It is incredibly quiet in comparison to every other place we went. We left after two days to go see Railay Beach, Krabi, Phuket and then Chiange Mai. I really wish we never left. I will definitely be back. Make sure you climb to the top of the viewpoint!

Paradise gone bad
This hotel has all of the elements of a fantastic holiday, a cut off, beautiful beached paradise. Hmmm how wrong we were!!!! The staff were pretty clueless and while you can forgive a little Thai laid backness, the fact that you can't get your food warm, or a drink without badgering for 20 minutes wasn't what we were expecting. We treated ourselves to a deluxe bungalow, which was not worth it. No hot water, no TV, cobwebs and dust everywhere. Everytime we had an issue the staff and the manager seemed non-plussed and unsure how to help. Also, be careful using the taxis. They add the cost on to your room without informing you first. The beach was dirty, literally bottles washed up every day, the food poor, always cold, late or they didn't have what you wanted. Being cut off is great if you have something to offer. We wanted to escape immediately. After a catalogue of issues, we ended up leaving early and now the hotel have gone back on their word on refunding half our money. It's a real shame, I've spent a lot of time in Thailand and this is the worst service I have ever experienced. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Good hotel with good beach hut style accommodation. Good value, friendly staff. Food good and not expensive (same as in Chaweng, not as some rating site reports. Can' t help the weather, strong wind on to beach so no swimming and a bit cloudy. Not hotels fault but something to remember when booking in December - January. Was sunny on south of Koh Phangan, not north side.

Gorgeous place to stay
Huts are right on the beach which is quiet. Wouldn't come here if you're looking for lots to do and all night parties but definately if you want to sit on the beach or by the pool, swim, kayak a little and go for short walks (or long ones). In rough weather taxi boats don't always run or will charge extra so consider that if you're planning to stay here and make day trips elsewhere. Taxi car available but road is kind of scary. Staff are great and laid back about things like pool/restuarant opening hours. Prices in restuarant seem about average for a Thai resort which which is good as the only other options are the other 3 resorts which share the beach.

Only way to describe Bottle Beach 1 is - PARADISE
I have never met such nice and attentive hotel staff that will do anything to ensure you enjoy your stay. This place is absolutely amazing, and despite being located on a secluded beach you can still get around the island with ease. There is a great atmosphere with people from all over the world and due to there being only 4 resorts on the beach it is really chilled. I have only been back in the UK a few hours and I'm missing Bottle Beach 1 so much already, I cannot wait to go back.

Great experience in an isolated beach
We loved our time at Bottle Beach! This is one of those really out of the way beaches, basically only get there by longtail boat from a nearby small village. If you're looking for a full moon party atmosphere, this is not for you! However, if you want to relax and enjoy the tranquility, you'll be hard pressed to find a better option. The beach is beautiful, and the water is clean and cool. What really put it over the top though was the great personal connection with the staff. They made us feel like one of the family from the first night. If you go, give Jod and Yo Yo big hugs from Nathan and Lotta!

Skønt afslappet sted.
Skønt sted - jeg vil mene det bedste på Bottle Beach. Dejlige værelser, fantastisk strand og massage, stort poolområde, god atmosfære. Det eneste jeg manglede var måske et lidt større udvalg på menukortet. Transporten til stedet er for dyr! Skal jeg til Bottle Beach vil jeg bo her igen.

Das Bungalow direkt am Strand war purer Luxus. Gerade mit Kindern. Ansonsten eher klein und bereits etwas älter, aber immer noch gut. Das Essen war manchmal gut manchmal mässig. wir gingen oft in das direkt benachbarte am ende der beach. dort wars konstant sehr gut. wir werden wieder kommen
