Room was ok..get what you pay for. Checking in was fast and pleasant,but then the next day my key cards didn’t work. I went to the front desk and told him they didn’t work and his reply was rudely stated that my debit card or phone -batteries messed the room keys up. I told him they had been in my clear bag all day…don’t roll your eyes at me I didn’t do it😡😩

The property is older. Overall they've done a good job maintaining it for it's age .the staff was great. Extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. No breakfast but that's ok. Dog friendly, they did a very good job in that department too. The price was good. The big thing that caught our attention was, no Bible in they room. It's not a deal breaker but it just seemed odd for us. We would stay there again

We stayed here one night while travelling through Knoxville. The hotel is very tired and old and not very soundproof so is noisy due to the highway next to it. (Glad o had earplugs) We thought our room seemed relatively clean until we pulled the sheets back and saw that the comforter was visibly dirty. They quickly came and replaced it with a brand new one but it made us wonder what other corners are being cut. Beds were comfortable but we wouldn’t stay again.

Very run down location. There were roaches in my room and the bed was so worn out you could see the metal edging through the sheets. Needless to say the bed was very uncomfortable. I won’t stay here again.

Obviously the pictures they showcase are not anywhere near the room you get. The room smelled like smoke, was not clean, damage to furniture and the room itself (walls, doors) to name a few issues. I felt dirty just being in the room as did my children. Extremely disappointed and misled. Stay away.

The floors of the rooms do not appear to get swept regularly (including under the bed where I saw trash). Lots of cobwebs near ceilings and floors. Rooms are not very soundproof as I could hear every noise in the hallway and room next door.

Dog poop all over the grounds area. As a dog owner who picks up after my dog I was disgusted at the amount of dog poop left by others. Please people pick up after your pet!! Made it really hard to walk my dog on the grounds.

I went to stay there for my son wedding. Got there and it was very stuffy. Staff was nice but wasn’t the cleanest place ever. The first room I stayed in had hard mattresses and got flooded with water coming from the air unit. I had to move all of my things to another room with my grandchildren. We got to the second room with good mattresses, but alot of dead roaches in the floor where I guess they were exterminating the place, and some alive ones. I immediately took all of our belongings to the truck because I didn’t want to take any of their friends home with me. I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep but couldn’t because I kept feeling like the bugs were going to get on me. I didn’t want to keep complaining and moving rooms because I tell you, if was exhausting. Next time I’ll make sure that I take my time and book sooner to really read the reviews, find out who run the hotel and the location. We just left with our clothes on our back. I will never go there again.

Economic and comfortable stay.
It was a nice stay. Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little dated and the paint of a couple of walls and all the entrance doors need to be painted and maintained, but those are just esthetic issues. Vending machines don’t take credit cards so being cash only is an inconvenience.

O I spilled something on the floor and went to clean it up with the white towel. The towel ended up black from dirty floor. There was dried feces on the toilet paper. When we went to go into the bathroom for the first time I had to take that off the bedspread had hold us in it and if you need pictures of two of the items, the floor and the toilet paper I have them. We couldn't use the heater cause it smelled like it was burning, we found a few cockroaches crawling around on the floor and in the shower. The ceiling in the bathroom is crusty with mold, and the vents are covered with a thick layer of dust.
