Went for a 2 night stay with my husband and two kids for a volleyball tournament. Room was infested with cockroaches who made their way inside all our toiletry bags. We had to make sure before leaving to empty everything to not take the bugs back home. It was disgusting. Want my money back.

This hotel was perfect for our one-night pit stop during a long cross-country drive. The breakfast was what you'd expect, and it was overall good. The room was clean and comfy for two people and a dog. I wish there were more grassy areas to walk dogs, considering it's a pet-friendly hotel. And, adding in a few dog waste stations would be great - there was poop left on the ground from previous pups. Overall a good stay and will be on our list for stays in the future!

A very happy recent guest
I have stayed in this hotel quite often. I was less than impressed with this stay. Two weeks before my stay I requested a first floor room at the END of the hallway. It didn’t matter which side as long as it was at the end. No accommodation for that request was made in fact I was forced to take a second floor room in the middle of the hall. Exactly what I did not want. I could understand if the hotel was full, it most certainly was not. The tv in my room was a 27 inch tv. For years, it has always been at least a 55 inch. I expected that but did not receive. The service was not helpful in anyway. Ever since Wyndham took over, the service and accommodation by the staff is sub par and needs to be reviewed. I paid twenty additional dollars for my dog to stay. It’s 50 at Holiday Express. I’ll choose them over la Quinta in the future, I know their service a rooms are worth the money for me and my dog. Shame on you Wyndham, you need to work on your service and rooms. A very unhappy recent guest

Regular hotel. A little dated, advertised as 4 star, probably closer to 2 or 3 stars. Nothing bad, just needs a little touchup. Worn furniture, facilities, etc. Example: door had to be lifted a little to close where it could be locked. But the complimentary breakfast was nice and staff was friendly.

Property was clean and well kept. Dining area was pleasant and breakfast choices were good. Though the room was clean it was extremely small. The sink and mirror were so close to the door that one could not enter the room if another person was standing at the sink. Also the lighting was so dim that using the mirror was quite difficult.

We have stayed at LaQuinta for many years. We’ve never been charged for our two small dogs. We reserved on line this time, which was non refundable. When we checked in we were charged $40 for the dogs. Not a happy surprise. That should have been made clear up front. We will be reevaluating where we stay from now on.

The hotel was ok. We came the weekend of Tennessee football game so for two nights it was very expensive (almost $600). Pretty clean; however, we killed 3 “stink” bugs in our room, mainly crawling on the window curtains, so that wasn’t a pleasant experience. However everything else was ok. Bed and bathroom was clean and smelled nice.

1 night stay w/ poop stain on bed.
We kept calling to let them know we would check in really late. Had to call numerous times til someone finally picked up. Surprised there was no voicemail/answering machine. Bed sheet had poop stain or something brown. It was washed but stain left behind. Why continue to use something with this stain? No hot water in the shower.
