Notching really bad about the hotel and a good place for a night or 2 to sleep if the price is right. It’s only 5 minutes away from lots of dinning options, grocery store or quick fast food eats.

The area is very industrial, so its not within walking distance to anything; however, the amenities such as the pool and open lobby space make it a great space to hangout and have fun without going out! Great staff and great hotel overall!

Third time I’ve stayed there and it is very comfortable. There was a small hole sauce with the sink which was looked after immediately . Staff is wonderful

The only thing was pricing. Compared to other big cities. We were able to get a comparable hotel in Niagara Falls for half the price. But the staff and hotel were great.

This is an excellent hotel. Rooms were well equipped, very clean. full kitchens. They were under renovation which was the only reason for a three star instead of 5 stars but it did not impact us, as it was the weekend. It's just something we wish we had been made aware of at the time of booking. We also arrived late (11:30-ish)and no one was at the front desk for just over 10 minutes. We were calling the hotel on our phone and walking down the halls calling for someone. There was a sign that said they were away from the desk but 10 minutes felt like a long time when we were all tired and needed to use the restroom. Otherwise the staff we encountered were all friendly and the breakfast was well above the usual fare.

No hot water. From any taps whatsoever . Couldn’t shower or clean up. Cold breakfast. When asked why it was cold was told “it just is” Mmm cold eggs and beans. This place hasn’t been the greatest but this time was the absolute worst.

The hallway from the elevator to the room smelled strange. The smell carried over into the room although it was slightly more faint. The room temperature was cold and after adjusting it several times over the night continued to remain cold.
