Very restful and peaceful stay. Will gladly book another stay in the future. Staff was very polite and friendly as well as helpful. Location is convenient. Everything I needed was in walking distance.

The room air conditioner is bit out of date. They haven’t dry mode and our room became too humid. When we turn on the air conditioner, then it became too cold. Other than that, they are good.

Great value for money
I stayed there for a meeting for a couple of days. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. This hotel has free WiFi. I wish there was second pillow in the room but other than this it was a comfortable stay. There is coffee available downstairs. There is an a/c in the room - just play with the options to get the temperature you want. The electric teakettle and hair dryer are somewhat hidden on the side shelves of the console/vanity table, but they are there. The staff members are polite, and perhaps do not know English very well but try to be helpful and will give you information written in English. Overall, great value for money and pleasant stay.

Simple, clean, friendly hotel
I was a little concerned about the hotel because the prices were very reasonable, but it was a very pleasant place to stay. The room was very small, which is expected, but clean, smart and well designed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was well stocked and included everything from hot food to rice cakes and cereal. The hotel is an easy walk from Kurosaki station and the town center. I would certainly stay there again.

夜寝る時にはシリコン製の耳栓を付けるのですが、夜間の貨物列車の音が見事に貫通してきますし、廊下の音も室内に結構入ってきます。音に敏感な方は就寝時に耳栓無しだと五月蠅く感じるかもしれません。一方、ハード面では古さを感じましたが、スタッフの対応の良さと清掃面の良さは中々に目を見張るものがあります。 また、無料のウェルカムドリンクと朝食は必要十分でした。今後、黒崎駅周辺に宿泊する時には候補に挙がってきそうな感じです。

駅近くなので、電車の音が聞こえてくるくらいで、あまり気にはなりませんでした。 駐車場も満車でも、隣の公共の駐車場での駐車代対応もいただき助かりました。 朝の無理の朝食も美味しくいただきました。 ありがとうございました😊

나름 나쁘지 않은 시설이고 조식이 무료로 제공이 되는데 너무 좋았어요. 커피도 맛있었어요.. 주변에 걸어서 다닐만한 곳이 별로 없어 아쉬워요.. 시내 중심부와 좀 떨어져 있어서 그런가봐요.. 그래도 전체적으로 좋았어요 가족여행 숙박으로 좋아요

7/15滞在しました。ホテルのスタッフの対応は、とても良いしテキパキしています。部屋は、少し暗いような気がしました。やや古い？ 滞在中、同じ階の子連れ客が、廊下を走って騒いだり、部屋の防音は、悪く感じました。 駅から5”8分歩きますが、コンビニは、駅隣接してます。タリーズコーヒーは、近くのビル内にあり、コーヒーも美味しい。黒崎は、神社もあり御朱印まわりにも良い町です。

このホテルは留まる価値はありますよ！
朝食の時に、できればナプキンを近くにおいて欲しかった。あるいは、お皿やお箸を取る所において欲しかった。食事のメニューで、魚類が全くなく、鶏肉と腸詰めが肉類であり、連泊するお客にはすこし異なったメニューが欲しいところである。受付の対応は非常によかった。なお、黒崎でディナーをする際のお勧めのリーズナブルなお店の紹介やお土産屋さんの紹介もして欲しい。

長期滞在の方が多いホテルのようでした。エコロジー・SDG’ｓの視点での運営が徹底されているホテルで、その点はとても良いと思います。室内も快適でした。困ったことは、使用済みのタオルやバスローブをどうしたらよいかわからなかったことと、取り替えてほしいマグカップをテーブルの上に置きっぱなしにしておいたら、新しいマグカップは置いていただいてましたが使用済みはそのまま残してあったことです。室内にある案内を読んでも特に記載がなかったので、何かルールがあるのなら記載して頂きたいと思いました。

ベッドの照明が付かなかった。冷蔵庫のサイドポケットのホルダー？が片方壊れていた。 外の音は、少し気になった。 それ以外は、良かったです。 ありがとうございました。
