"This property is very spacious and nicely equipped in the kitchen . very nice dishes and cookware. Not the usual cheap cookware often seen on beach rentals. Every room had a closet plus dressers. Laundry in the unit was great. It is one of tje best moderately priced beach rentals I have ever visited and I have been vacationing in Avon NC for over 20 years. "Excellent location near beach. Newly renovated room, though no lamps in room, only light was from the overhead ceiling fan or the bathroom light. Heatpump a/c unit above bed had a strange built-in wood frame surround that only allowed the air to blow directly onto your face when sleeping in the bed. Good location and walking to the beach."
