The staff was great and patient but the only problem was the TV in the room was not working and the lights on each side of the bed didn't turn on.

Loud banging of doors in the early morning. Springs should be attached to the room doors as some people let the doors slam, very loud. Also loud voices likely in the lobby area, early morning. Didnt have a good sleep.

Disappointed that my request to pay on site was not honoured. On arrival (9 pm) I was advised my credit card was charged at 6:00 , without my consent. This should not have been done.
