They had NO towels for 3 days. Had a table and desk but NO chairs. When we asked for either they didn't have any available. Roaches crawling around the sink. Dirt, hair and trash underneath the beds. When I mentioned it I got a broom.

Very disappointing. We booked our stay as we were told there was complimentary wifi - the wifi was entirely umusable. Additionally, we were told there would be continental breakfast but there was none, it was just coffee. The windows didnt block out any noise from the road outside; we might as well have been outside. The room was not clean at all, smelt of smoking despite being a non smoking room, bathroom was filthy and my partner's feet are black from walking across the floor bare foot. Would have been better sleeping in the car.

There was an active leak in the bathroom, the ceiling was leaking into our heads when we used the toilet. Found a cockroach and killed it in the bathroom. There was dog or cat food in the floor when we entered the room. Doors were super thin you could hear people talking outside. People above us were super loud banging around. We had to share 1 towel between 3 people for the entire weekend. They had no more towels. We used it for the leak so we had 0 towels.

This place is so run down the doors dont close unless you put dead bolt the bathroom is super small and water stays leaking. There was only one towel for a two bed room went to the front desk to get another they tell us wait til morning. No bible

This place is sooo bad!!after they change my room 3 times because different issues with all of them. The last one didn’t have a working toilet Toilet didn’t have a handle to flush it And when I complained about it and ask for a refund ;at the same time some other guests were there asking also for a refund.the person at the front desk call the police Police came and ask us to leave or we’ll be charged . What I noticed is the police call to the lady at the front desk by her first name I guess is something they do a lot If you read the other reviews you noticed other people have the same thing happened to them I don’t understand how they are open for business, and how Expedia accept to do business with them Read the reviews before you rent anywhere I wish I had done that

This property needs some upgrades. The window blinds facing the parking lot were broken, so did not have compete privacy. Room had no amenities. We asked for and extra towel and wash cloth, but they did not have any washcloths available, but we did get the additional towel. Staff was very helpful.

There were mice in the room. Roaches in the bathroom. Bedbugs. Save yourself the time, money and costs to rid yourself of bedbugs and spend a little more to stay elsewhere. I wish we had. Sleeping in my car would have been better. We left around midnight.

Terrible hotel, I’d recommend you sleep in your vehicle if this is the only place available. Couldn’t access the room with our key(had to be let in) only to enter a room with a bad odour, dirty towels and sheets. Broken handles on drawers and the tv didn’t work. This place is a dump. We left within 20mins and booked elsewhere for the night. The pictures online are not even close to the actual place. Buyer beware.

If you are looking for a clean room, do not stay here. The doors, stairs and walkways are dirty and grubby and could use a power washer. The room was dirty. There was a wad of hair in the corner of the shower. There were also other random hairs in the shower. There was dried on, what looked like boogers, in the shower. The shelf above the hangers had dead bugs and bug carcasses. The tables and furniture had fingerprints and were dirty. The office chair was missing half of the rollers. The other upholstered chair in the room was missing the back cushion. The mattress was thin and cheap. The two queen beds had only a top sheet and a sheet thin cover. The floors were dirty. Other patrons complained of only having one towel. We had two bath towels, one wash cloth, and one hand towel. We stayed our one night and will never stay here again.

We loved that it is next to Arbys and Dennys. Gas ataion across the street was conveniently located. The hotel is right off Interstate 40.

We had no toilet paper or kleenex and one towel. The TV had no sound and the picture was purple. The office staff provided us what was missing in our room. That said, all we did was spend one night and the cost was VERY reasonable so you get what you pay for!

I actually had someone coming to my room and steal a six pack of Coke off my bed and some zigzag rolling papers I left my room for half a day and came back and the stuff was missing right after I went grocery shopping so I had something to drink and someone took my stuff and I asked the front desk and nobody knows anything made me feel unsafe
