We spend the whole weekend without tv and internet. I called the front desk and the lady told me that the guy was supposed to come and he never showed up. On the next the I went personally to the front desk and told them what was happening the lady at the front desk told me he will be there in 15 minutes, I waited for him for 2 hour he never showed again, so I went back to the front desk and told the lady again, She was surprised when I told her that the technician had not come, then she told me that she would call him to his personal cell and finally he came and told us that the internet box was broken and he has nothing to do so we expend the whole weekend without tv and internet. My question is did I pay this hotel for not having those service included?
