Room was very small…. Unfortunately you can tell this property has changed ownership….check out time was listed at 11am on website & do not disturb sign in room, we were verbally told 10am at 9:45 am on our check out date. Staff was always working hard but attention to detail is lacking & after complaining of the size of room maybe 11x11 bathroom door could not be opened all the way, basically told too bad that’s all ya get! Our room was directly beside front desk so always noisy. Sadly we would never return to our once favorite hotel.

The property was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had read that the air conditioners were noisy and yes, they were. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I t was a little on the small side but that's to be expected in Key West. I would stay again but opt up for a little larger room. The location was ideal, we could easily walk any where we wanted to go. Once we parked the car we never had to move it!
